Wow very impressed with my new kettle it is lovely,also lightweight not heavy like some kettles,boils quickly it really is lovely kettle,great price too, would recommend this seller.

I never thought I would be so excited by a kettle but I think this is the best one I have ever owned! I love that you can see how much water there is from both sides, the handle is nice and chunky, the lid is easy to remove and replace and the filter can be removed to wash. It boils quickly and looks very smart. Really, really pleased.

Great kettle, very attractive on the counter-top. The lead is not fantastically long but adequate. The filter is removable but I have yet to work out how. The lid is not hinged but removes completely which is a little annoying but I knew that when I bought the kettle. It boiled 1.7L of water in 3 min 30 seconds from cold. It boils enough water for a mug of tea in less than a minute. When you pour it, pour it slowly. Unlike my old kettle, if you pour this one too quickly the water shoots across the top of the mug and onto the counter-top and floor (done that once). Overall a lovely kettle and a good price.

Excellent kettle and it's vanilla colour matches our kitchen perfectly. It sits nicely on its base and turns around freely. Has a nice clear white light on the on/off switch. Boils rapidly. Not noisy. Just the usual sound that a kettle makes whilst heating the water. It's lightweight yet substantial. Lid comes off completely allowing for easy filling. Lid pushes on firmly in place with three spring loaded clips. Nice shiny chrome finish on handle and around bottom of the kettle. The base is very stable on the work-top and the cable has ample length. Cable and plug are black, which is absolutely fine as white cables and plugs tend to get grubby in a kitchen environment. A very smart looking fast boiling kettle which I am very pleased with. Highly recommended.

As with other Breville kitchen appliances this is a good quality product reasonably priced. Works well, and is comfortable to use. Prefer the removable lid to the flipping lid of their previous model. Best use it with filtered water to avoid fast limescale buildup in hard water areas.

A much searched for product. But well worth the effort. Quite expensive, especially the shipping cost. But it is a lovely looking product and so quiet, which is what we ad been looking for. A shame that Breville no longer do the toaster to match!

Très bon produit

I like the kettle colour and design, which is why I didn't buy a locally-available kettle. However: The cord is black (!), the plug is a UK plug (!) and the cord comes out of the top of the plug (!), which means I have to look at it (!). Plug and cord visuals are hardly ideal. Kettle is nice-looking and seems to work just fine.

It's not compatible with Australian power points

Why does a white kettle with a white base have a black cord and plug? Looks out of place
