Works great!
I generally use a stone to bake my baguettes, but I was told about this pan, so I figured I'd try it. It was under $10, it's lightweight, nonstick, and cooked the bread evenly. The holes within the pan allow for the heat to permeate through and evenly cook the break all around. I love the shape of it, as it does help maintain the shape of bread as well. Frankly, I would use this pan and the stone, allowing me to bake three loaves at a time.

Great pan for French bread
I just successfully baked my first loaf ever of French bread! The pan worked great, and the bottom was perfectly crispy! I was a bit worried that due to the size of the pan, the loaf would turn out really skinny, more like a baguette, but the loaf was plenty big. It's very easy to clean, which is a bonus.Beware though! As others have stated in their reviews, the corners are super sharp. I'm almost tempted to see if I can file them down some. They're really too sharp, and hopefully the seller will fix this problem in the future. Knowing it ahead of time was great though.

Product arrived with a dinged corner, but bent right back into shape. Worked well, wish I had a larger one! Cooked bread on bottom to excellent crust.

Was soll man dazu sagen?Das Teil ist einwandfrei, Baguettes werden einfach wesentlich besser wenn man solch ein Blech verwendet.Preis und Leistung sind völlig OK.

La surface argentée accroche le pain. Produit retourné
Pas de soucis pour les deux ou trois premières utilisations puis la surface dite siliconnée (n'est-ce pas plutôt de la peinture) s'est mise à accrocher le dessous du pain. Dommage. A éviter donc.
