Good compression Great protection
Very good single leg compression supportThe fitting is great, it feels snug but does not limit range at all

Good medium side supports and overall compression
This brace has come in handy while doing higher impact sports. My knee injury was not severe enough to need surgery or a locking brace, yet the steel side pieces in this one came in handy for stabilizing and decreasing some of the range of motion. If I ever want a little less support, I appreciate that I can take the steel rods out.At first I thought it was too tight, but after wearing it for a bit I got used to it and didn’t want to size up because it might compromise the amount of support I got. It fit my knee well but was a little too tight on my thigh. After working out in it, it would pinch at the back of my knee due to its notched creases in back. I’d need to take breaks from it after the first couple of wears. That’s why I am only giving it 4 stars.Make sure to air this brace out for a couple hours before putting it back in your gym bag.

Decent compression sleeve
This item says it's a knee brace but it's definitely more of a knee sleeve than a brace. It's made with lightweight stretchy material but it is somewhat difficult to put on (despite my measurements being under the recommended size) and not that comfortable. Would have expected more value for the current price point

Lightweight, breathable, comfy knee sleeve for left or right knee, gives support for light exercise.
I usually wear more heavy duty knee braces because my knees are really messed up, but I cannot wear those braces too often because they can hinder strength building and recovery in my knees, so I like to wear light duty braces or sleeves for comfort and light support and this compression brace/sleeve is perfect.

Great support
One of my knees has been giving me trouble off and on for a year or so now, especially after working out or walking a lot. I ordered this Össur Formfit ProKnee Flite with hopes that it can help alleviate some of that pain and discomfort while also providing some support. I've been testing out this knee brace for about a week now and so far I have been happy with the support it provides while also allowing good flexibility and range of motion. This brace is lightweight and very well-made. The MotionTech medical grade compression material feels soft and is comfortable to the skin. The material on and around the stabilizers on each side of the knee contains 'coolvents' designed for added breathability. Throughout this week when using it the brace didn't slide down my knee at all and stayed in position which was impressive. It has helped with stability while being lightweight and allowing me to stay active. I am really impressed with this knee brace overall and am happy I ordered it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight high-quality comfortable knee brace. Worth the price ($29.99 at time of review).*Be sure to measure properly in designated areas before ordering in order to ensure a good fit

One of the better knee braces out there
I've been trying different knee braces for years even though my doctors said there's no knee brace out there that can help me. LOL, don't be like me and take care of your knees.I think this knee brace is on the better end especially if you have minor issues. The first thing you'll notice is the quality of the material.Big takeaways:- Easy to put on and adjust- It's not soaking wet at the end of the day- You don't need to readjust it mid-day because it doesn't slip- Stabilizers do not poke or cut your thigh- I like that it feels snug below the knee- Leaves crease marks but I can't recall any knee brace or compression brace that doesn't do thatIt says you can remove the stabilizers, but I don't see any openings. I also don't feel the need to remove them, they're non-intrusive and lightweight. I hope they stay that way. I used this during multi-14hrs+ days and surprisingly my knee wasn't in a lot of pain at the end of the week. Climbing stairs was a breeze.I didn't read the washing instructions but I threw it in the laundry (cold wash) and air dried it. None of the stitching loosened and no issues with the quality of the material. It didn't take long to air dry (few hours).Note: There is a thin strip of latex at the top for grip so it's probably not safe in the dryer. I didn't realize this brace had latex (I don't see it on the listing or box). I definitely got a rash from it. But I saw that it has 'folding' technology so I'll be folding it down from now on.

Too tight
The sizing is a bit off. It feels perfect around the knee but too tight around the thigh. The material is great. Doesn't feel cheap or thin. It's breathable. It doesn't lose its shape or tightness. It doesn't slip down either since the top part is too tight. Maybe I should have sized up one. It was too late to exchange it for a different size.

Supportive but somewhat claustrophobic
This knee brace is nice if you need all around support of your knee, but putting it on and taking it off is tricky because of how compressive it is. There isn’t any way to put it on besides pulling it over your calf, and if you have strong/large calf muscles, this can be especially difficult when you’re sweating. However, when you have the brace on, it supports well thanks to “ribs” built into the sides and the compressive design of the sleeve. It works well if you’re willing to work past the discomfort of putting it on and taking it off.
