**Perfect fit for my made in Japan woks! Please READ for installation tips!!**
They fit both of my Japanese woks (one round bottom, one flat bottom) perfectly and they're both from different manufacturers and also different diameters.Do NOT be discouraged if it feels impossible to slip on. You want it to be a very tight fit so it doesn't rotate when on. It is almost impossible to install without the use of isopropyl alcohol (70%) so this is what you want to use as an evaporative lube. After you manage to get the silicone sleeve on, pour a bit of alcohol onto the edge so that the alcohol seeps in towards the handle. Keep working it and adding alcohol as needed and soon you'll have the sleeve bottom out exactly as intended. They look and feel fantastic and there's no need for wearing heat resistant gloves or using wet rags which inevitably slip!

Lube, strong thumbs and patience required.
I have a generic 1 piece Chinese carbon steel wok purchased at my local Asian grocery store for $18. I bought the grip for longer cooks where the handle will start to heat up.This grip WILL FIT. However, as noted in my headline, it will take you some time to get it on. It's like trying to put a standard condom on someone who actually needs a Magnum. It's TIGHT.Lube, strong thumbs and patience will get the job done.Follow the recommendation of another poster and use isopropyl alcohol around the leading edge of the grip as a lubricant. I started out pouring it on, but discovered that just using a paper towel wetted with alcohol does just as well, doesn't waste the alcohol, and doesn't make the grip slick.Use your thumbs to push the open end up. Trying to push from the bottom doesn't work.It took me about 30 minutes to work the grip all the way down the handle.

Fits on 3.5mm handle
Someone said it doesn't fit 3.5cm which is inaccurate. Was tricky to install and I haven't cooked with it yet, but can't imagine I won't be pleased.

Will purchase more!
It was difficult to get on the wok handle initially but with a little rubbing alcohol and brute force, I got it on. It’s been over a year and the cover has held up well! The grip and thickness is perfect and keeps my hand from burning while handling the hot wok!

Taste ? Why does amazon care how it tastes?
Fits very tight unless you split it on one side. I use a wok without a wood handle (just my preference). This fits nicely over the handel after I carefully split it horizontally along its seam. Now I can easily remove for cleaning or if I need to reseason my wok. Not so great if you use it as it was intended awesome now after I modified it..

Fits tight
Once applied to handle, tight fit, difficult to remove for cleaning. Had to split underside for cleaning.

Doesn't fit
Doesn't fit a standard wok handle. Description says it's 3.5cm in diameter but it's only 3cm. I have a Peking wok exactly like the one pictured and I can't get this grip on at all.
