Follow the instructions regarding oiling the disc otherwise it will stick. Other than that I don't think you can get better for the price. Really easy to use and clean.

I should of brought this 1st time around. My pervious make broke in 6 months. I use it everyday for my pork pies jelly.As a professional it is a superb piece of kit.
