Although they do not stick as well where I put them, at the base of my skull were the spine joins, think it is because of the curvature. But they do actually work, I just have to keep pressing it down every now and again. The heat keeps well and as I have had my osteoarthritis spondalitis for over 40 years, they do well compared to all the different creams I have used, but I did find that the Deep Heat cream actually worked the best. Plus it is better than relying on strong pain killers that take much longer to work.

This is the small max strength deep heat. I would advise everyone to test a pea size amount first. Its great but apply small amount to prevent uncomfortable burning feeling. Small amount on my back was lovely. Does not cure my back pains but it does give it some relief.

WOW !! certainly packs some heat - USE A LITTLE - you can always top up and it does of course NOT need rubbing in as one male reviewer said !!! that's the whole point of a roll on. It's got some serious heat to it, but my back seems to be much happier. Super service, thank you.

Use on clean, dry skin – Apply Warming Belt to affected area then wrap around waist and secure with Velcro – To remove unfasten Velcro area – After use, dispose in normal household waste – Single use only. Do NOT attempt to reheat in oven or microwave – Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if your symptoms do not improve.
