A lot of sweet in a tiny drop
Super concentrated sweetener in a tiny bottle, great to travel with. All artificial sweeteners have alleged drawbacks, but sucralose seems to be less of a problem than aspartame, which I avoid if at all possible. Each tiny drop is like a teaspoon of sugar, no calories, no bitter aftertaste. And in liquid form there is no maltodextrin powder to bulk it up, like in dry versions such as Splenda. A little pricey but worth it.

No Maltodextrin + Super Concentrated and Easy to Use
Love this stuff! I'm a T2 Diabetic and most artificial sweetener has maltodextrin added to it which is a bulking agent that's generally made from corn or grains and it acts like a concentrated carb and raises blood glucose way over normal. For me it's worse than white table sugar.Note that the way the food regulations work, manufacturers do not have to count some substances in the nutrition info on the package label so some things that have maltodextrin in them will say they are low carb or no carb but obviously that's not true. Before I tried EZ-Sweetz, the only sugar free alternative that I could find that was safe for me to use was the Splenda Minis or the Equal tabs - neither of which have the additives that cause blood glucose spikes.I like those sweeteners just fine but in order to put them in anything such as for baking or oatmeal, etc, I'd have to crush them up or stir, stir, stir for about 5 minutes until I was sure the tabs had dissolved. With EZ-Sweetz I don't have to do that. You just put the appropriate number of drops in and stir. Super easy and to me it tastes great. I use at least a few drops of this every day.It may seem to be a bit expensive but it's super concentrated so it doesn't take much to sweeten. a half teaspoon equals an entire cup of sugar for sweetness and you can use less if you like things less sweet. This is a staple now for me. I'm happy to have something I can use that's sweet that doesn't spike my blood glucose.

Sooooooo Sweet -- Great Product
This is a highly effective and super portable sweetener, with no calories at all -- hard to do better than that. I first got it when I was trying a low carb diet, and discovered that granualated Splenda has carbs. These add up to less than 1 per day, per the Splenda site, but when you are starting Atkins (20g of carbs per day), and you like your tea REALLY sweet, that adds up. Checked on the web, and found that EZ-Sweetz has no carbs at all. Now, I've stopped Atkins, but I am sticking with EZ-Sweetz. The taste is just right, and it is much easier to use -- no little packets falling in back of the garbage can. It is also terrific for eating out and for travelling, since it takes up no room at all and is right there when you need it. Great product!

Gift from the gods
I drink gallons of tea and a bit of coffee and didn't want that much sugar in my diet. I tried these and they are much better than packaged sweeteners because you can control the amounts very well and these are also carb-free. I also use them in dessert recipes and they are great! Winner winner chicken dinner!

Great buy, it just makes sense to buy the case!
This is great if you are on a low carb diet or are diabetic. These bottles last a really long time for me and I have had zero issues over several years of use. I was hesitant to have to buy a whole case, but the pricing just made sense to take the plunge. I haven't regretted it at all, this sweetener tastes great and I can keep a bottle at work and at home. I've used in beverages, frozen desserts, and homemade salad dressing. I haven't tried in baked goods, but there are many recipes online as well as conversion charts.

Probably the best sweetener on the market.
I like sucralose. If Splenda offered a liquid form of sucralose that was readily available in grocery stores, I'd probably be buying that. I did a lot of research into artificial sweeteners that are safe and healthy, and narrowed it down to sucralose and stevia. I can't stand stevia's aftertaste, so that leaves sucralose. As far as my internet research can tell, it's not bad for you, has no side effects, and the taste is the best of the many artificial sweeteners available on the market. The liquid version of sucralose is better because it does not have the additives in it that the granular kind does (they have to add dextrose and maltodextrin to make it granular). My only complaint is that the conversion chart on the back of the bottle seems to be inaccurate. It says that two drops is the equivalent of two teaspoons of sugar. With three teaspoons in a tablespoon, and eight tablespoons in a cup, that means that 24 drops is the equivalent of a cup of sugar. I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I normally sweeten a quart of ice tea with a little bit under a cup of granular sucralose (which compares to sugar at a one to one ratio). With liquid sucralose, I have to use what is apparently supposed to be the equivalent of a cup and a half of sugar. Either I've become desensitized to sweetness, or the conversion ratio provided by this brand of sucralose is inaccurate.Complaints aside, I'm very happy with this product.I got the smaller bottles because I wanted to be able to carry one around in my purse and have another one in the kitchen, and the smaller bottles are more cost effective than the single large bottle also available on Amazon.

The best way to carry sucralose for foods needing sweetening
I have found EZ-Sweetz in this .75-ounce bottle to be by far the most convenient way to have sucralose at hand and to dispense it. In my pocket it's perfect for home use and for restaurants that don't offer Splenda or another sucralose product. (Other common sweeteners like aspartame and saccharine are considered unsafe.) I do not have to remember to load my pocket with packets. And the price is right. Unlike some other sweeteners, sucralose leaves no aftertaste.Another advantage is the more precise sweetening that EZ-Sweetz facilitates. One drop is as sweet as exactly half of a conventional packet of Splenda. There are times when one or three drops--or five or seven--will be the best choice. Moreover, this liquid product dissolves more readily in cold liquids than he powdered form.
