This was my first experience buying an expensive watch on Amazon and I was hesitant about doing so - two reasons - 1. I did not have a good understanding of the product features and 2.) was not sure if the product would be genuine etc. I reached out to Amazon customer service to get clarification of the product features, on which they suggested that I reach out to the seller directly - in this case Rama Watch Boutique. On writing to Rama watch Boutique through Amazon website, Amit from Rama watch reached out to me promptly. He was very courteous and professional and clarified all of my questions on features and capabilities of the watch. I immediately placed an order having a good understanding of the product. Within a day, I received the product which is genuine and as per my expectations as discussed. I was very impressed with the entire purchase experience and most importantly, am very happy with the product - absolutely love my Victorinox watch!
