Party Costume Hat

Was not happy with the packaging of the product. It was folded and rolled so tight that they put kinks in the lines and the ears didn't work right. My husband and i had to try and open the lines through the material in order to get them to work.

Ear functionality does not work. They vaccuk package the item which likely broke it before arrival.
