Q: Does this box have blister packs of 24?

This box has 6 - 4 pack batteries....no blister packs. All 4 pack batteries are in there own little box.

Q: Are these batteries made in the US?

On the box it says they are made in US or "in foreign countries" and that it is printed on the battery label. I looked on one and it said in French "made in China." I looked at one in another box and it said "assembled in USA"

Q: Title sez "duracell alkaline aaa batteries". the description sez '9v'. aaa batteries are 1.5v, so what battery is this ?

if they are AAA batteries they are 1.5 volts uness they are rechargeable and then they would probably be 1.3 volts. According to what you say, there must be an error of some type in the literature. .. so I would suggest go on CHAT with Amazon and ask.
