I am very happy with the use, performance, and appearance of this scale. It is a very first-class device at a very attractive price. Unlike my older unit with a LCD display this one doesn't seem to be affected by being cold in the morning before the house warms up. The old unit would not display all its digits; this one seems to have no issues. I like the fact that it uses AA batteries instead of the button batteries that are much more expensive. One caveat that is my fault but worth noting - the first time I pulled the little insulating plastic out of the batteries so the unit would work, I didn't latch the battery compartment properly and when I weighed myself the first time, I snapped off the little catch holding the cover over the battery compartment. I have it taped shut at this point, and it doesn't affect the performance of the scale, but it was a stupid mistake on my part - the cover must be securely fitted and the tab fully "clicked" into place before standing on the scale. There isn't space under the scale to accommodate an open battery door. That is definitely not the fault of the scale. When you stand on the scale, it initially hunts a bit then flashes the weight three times once all has settled down. That's a very nice feature allowing you to read the weight without the scale constantly "hunting". It's still pretty new, but I expect a long life for this unit.

I’ve been using this smart scale for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s way better than I expected. Setup took less than 2 minutes — the VeSync app connected instantly, and it synced right away with Apple Health on my phone. What I like the most is how consistent the readings are. Every time I step on it, the numbers make sense, unlike some scales that jump 3–4 pounds for no reason. The body fat and muscle mass readings may not be “doctor level,” but they give a very clear trend, which is what I actually care about. The scale also feels sturdy, stable, and looks clean in the bathroom. And the fact that it’s FSA/HSA-eligible was a nice bonus — basically felt like getting it at a discount. If I have to mention a downside: the display could be a little brighter, especially early in the morning when the room is darker. And occasionally, if the app isn’t open, the body-composition data doesn’t sync until I refresh the app manually. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Overall, this scale has helped me stay on track and actually see my progress — not just weight, but fat, water, and muscle changes. For the price, it’s honestly one of the best smart scales I’ve used. Highly recommend!

This scale has fairly good repeatable accuracy, is nice looking, and is low profile enough to fit under a chair or other furniture. The display is bright and easy to read from my 6'4" height, and it also accepts my size 13 feet with no overhang. Overall a very good product.

This is a great scale, it works great. BUT two things: 1. when setting it down, too often your hand touches the units toggle, switching from Lbs to Grams. The placement of the toggle button is kind of annoying, but I've adopted and hold it differently. The only "downside" is that being glass, I am always fearful of dropping it and it shattering. For a future purchase, I'd get a metal or wood scale.

This scale is responsive and accurate for weight fluctuations. The other markers are a little squirrely and sometimes hard to believe, but you can use them for general trends. I like that the screens are customizable so you can have it run through only the numbers you’re interested in while you’re standing there because it does take a few seconds every time— probably 20-30 seconds by the time it reads and then cycles through everything. The app is nice for looking at trends, even ones that don’t show on the screen. Battery life is pretty good— I had it about 4 months before the indicator showed half full, and it’s simple to plug in and recharge.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend’s mom and she loved it. The scale was easy to set up, works accurately, and has a clear display that’s easy to read. It feels sturdy and gives consistent readings. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to and has been working great so far. Very happy with this purchase.

Very nice looking and simple to use. Does not take up a lot of space and shows to be very accurate. App is easy to use too.

The scale is a perfect size for me to stand on comfortably. The LCD display is bright and easy to read when powered on. Setup is simple. Just step on, step off to let it calibrate, then step back on to get your weight. Based on my experience with this and another scale at my local gym, it seems to measure weight accurately. I think it’s a good value and works well. If I could change one thing, I’d give it rounded corners instead of straight edges, but I'm satisfied with this scale overall.
