Great heat but quality a bit off
Got the grill on Saturday and it took just under 2 hours to put together. Only giving 4 of 5 star because there were a number of corners bent and the pin for the right door was bent by 45 degrees. The doors only work and line up if the grill is on a perfectly level surface. Our brick patio has enough variation (of less than an inch) to cause the doors to not work properly. I'd expect this from a $150 grill but not when you drop over $400.All that said, it fired up first try and hit 700 degrees within minutes. Had a nice bbq last night and was impressed by the function of the grill itself.

Great grill for the Money
Grill arrived in nice undamaged box. It took me almost 1/2 hour to unpack and place all the pieces in organized area, and another 3 hours to assemble. I'll admit I had to back track twice to get the electronic starter and propane manifold in proper location. Very happy with the feel of the push in knobs and side burner. I only used twice, but seemed to cook quicker than previous grill with porcelain coated cast iron grates. I have cleaned after each usage, as I want to keep it looking PERFECT for as long as possible. Easy slide out trays (large one and small black one) and clean stainless steel grates in kitchen sink with plain worm water and non abrasive sponge. Haven't used searing feature yet, but plan to this weekend.

Complete dissatisfaction with product and company
I rarely post reviews of any kind unless service, and or, product is exceptional. This is not an exceptional review.Unit arrived with multiple dented, and scratched parts. One major component had the screw holes mis drilled and mis aligned. Crossbar on bottom cabinet end pieces welded incorrectly at the factory, absolutely will not connect. Had to stop mid assembly on a Sat, customer service not available on the weekend, to contact company. After sending photos of damage, and manufacturing issues, was told that new parts would be shipped to correct issues. Received an email the next day that parts were unavailable, but was offered $90 as compensation instead. Asked when parts would be available to no response.Spent over $350 for a grill I can’t use, but offered $90, so that I can have a $260 grill I can’t use……Let me think about this for a while Royal Gourmet…….Oh, and there is not a replacement program, only a return and refund policy. Which creates another problem as the styrofoam and cardboard packing material is no longer usable.Shop elsewhere, this has been a nightmare since it arrived in my house

Not a real sear burner, poor quality control
First, if you're looking for a grill with a real sear burner, look elsewhere. This is NOT a sear burner, it's just a high output regular burner with a wider flame tamer. That's my own fault for not reading the description and the other reviews more carefully. That aside, a major component (the "cart front beam", which holds the tops of the doors in place) came with the holes drilled in the wrong place on the right side, requiring me to drill new holes in order to complete assembly. Not an insurmountable problem, but one that shouldn't have happened. Although the grill was securely packaged, both side panels were badly bent and the stainless steel parts had numerous dents, scratches, and dings. This must have occurred at the factory, as there was no shipping damage at all. On the plus side, the grill works, comes up to temperature, and does a decent job, but the flame tamers are VERY narrow, with wide gaps between them. Overall, this is a mediocre product.UPDATE: After using this grill through the summer, I'm downgrading it to 1 star. The BTU ratings for this grill must be wildy inaccurate, because it simply doesn't cook or char anything in any reasonable amount of time. It just doesn't get hot enough. Even cooking burgers takes forever, and they come off the grill looking like they've been steamed instead of char broiled. A very disappointing purchase. Don't waste your money.
