I’ve just claimed my back garden back from the dog as he had it wrecked. We have just had it all done nice so I’ve bought all nice new furniture to go in the nice new garden. When it all came and we went to build it up one of the boxes was the wrong colour to be fair on the seller the box did say black and white but the stuff inside was grey. I mailed the seller and they were fantastic they couldn’t have apologised enough they offered me a small discount for my inconvenience and sent a replacement box right out. I’ve had great communication from them. Whenever I’ve e-mailed I’ve had an answer with in 24 hours I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again. The patio set is so lovely it looks amazing and the chairs are really comfortable to sit in it’s just what I’ve always wanted and it’s brilliant the way it all fits away nice and neat. Can’t wait to start having the whole family round for BBQ / summer garden party’s

Amazing value for money. Easy to assemble, but quite fiddly. TOP TIP: finger tight bolts, make sure everything is square, then tighten. The whole assembly is very sturdy.

Good furniture set. Big enough for big family. Quality is fair for the money that it costs. A little bit tricky to put together. But in general can recommend it.

The item came in two seperate deliveries so I panicked and thought parts were missing! I am very very pleased with it and it went together very easily. Took me a few hours as I did it in the baking sun in my own but it's a fabulous table and chairs. Thank you

Overall the quality is good with the chairs but the table isn’t as good although still ok. The material of the cushions feels ok but don’t hold there shape very long. The tools that were supplied were awful but you kind of expect that nowadays. The bolts them selves was terrible and kept rounding off. Everything packs and tucks away nicely and looks good. All that being said I would buy again.

Wow this is a fantastic set for the price it was easy for my husband to put together he found no problems at all all the screws fitted perfectly and everything aligned in the right places,I can definitely recommend this set for the quality and the price

I will now give it the 5🌟 it deserves. Yes, there were problems but they were sorted out in a couple of weeks. I'm not sure what is wrong with the table pieces, I either have 3 of the same but with extra holes or the correct pieces without some holes... whichever it is, it doesn't work. One of the chairs is also missing a hole. I emailed the company as soon as I found out and although it was a very quick response asking for photo evidence and saying they will speak to their manufacturers and haven't heard anything since. As many reviews say, many holes don't quite line up but with a little wiggling and jiggling, I managed to get it to work. For the price, providing I got the issues fixed, it's a brilliant item. When you pay less than half the price of others, you generally expect a few problems but hopefully they will pull through in the end. As soon as I receive a solution to the problem parts, I will change this to a 5 star review because even though bits are wrong, the product overall is great!
