Perfect
I was constructing a platform to level caravan steps - these were perfect

Just the job
Fitting a shower enclosure in a wet room. These were perfect for supporting the bottom frame to compensate for the sloping floor.

Nice and strong
Nice levellers, heavy duty and appear to be exactly what I wanted … only time will tell if they are up to the job, but look as if they will be fine

Sturdy and easy to use
Just built a shed outside on my artifical grass and used this to help level and keep the wood of the floor. Solid sturdy and easy to use very happy

Only useful for a direct downward load fairly dodgy otherwise
Easy to install but if there's any lateral force applied to these they have a rather spectacular failure point. The L shaped foot where the adjustable screw foot is is screwed into is only connected to the screwed in plate with tabs. So if there's any wiggle the entire thing can buckle. Especially at a longer extension. Pictured attached of the failure and compared to a surviving one.For reference there was maybe 120kg of weight. including the bench. So the 1000lb per leg seems a bit dubious to me.

Poor quality.
I was going to use these on a machine that weighs less than the weight specified for these. It is important that the machine is dead level but when I started putting weight on these they started to flex. I made some adjustable feet myself and set these aside for use on something lighter and not so critical. Disappointing.
