Excellent tankless water heater. Hot water never ends even with 4 people taking showers in 2 different bathrooms at the same time. Also noticed a drop in gas bill too. Dohble bonus!

Bought this because our basement flooded and ruined our old water heater. Usually works fine but gets hotter the longer it runs and sometimes shuts off in the middle of a shower. Reached out to the seller and got no response. If this issue was resolved would give a better review.Update: never got a response from the seller. Still use this product with the same issues today. Don't think it's a terrible product all together, just don't believe the seller cares about it's customers. Don't recommend buying from this seller!

Works great, easy installation- mostly because I didn’t do it, just supervised. It has a tendency occasionally when we start the shower to run cold. Water has to be turned off and then back on after a minute to get hot water. You can watch the temp go up on the “tank” when this happens. Annoying when you’re running late but not a huge deal. Mine is in a boiler closet so noise isn’t an issue. We are a family of 4- two adults and two teens, and never run out of hot water.

great unit easy to install make good hot water best price ..will try to remember to update in a few months.well it started getting cold 1/2 thru the shower i call FOGATTI they have worked with me to resolve the problem...update ....Hello AllI wanted to update everyone on my tank less water heater problems well it has fun I have learned a lot about tank less the folks at FOGATTI have been great I think we have narrowed it to the mother board inside so the great folks at FOGATTI is having me send it back to them and they send me a refurbished unit they paid for the shipping back to them at this point I have a lot of thanks to them I could have not ask for a better relationship today is Wednesday sent it back today the one arrived and now it is working great …Fogatti has been a life saver for me..THANKS

I bought one unit from Fogatti and it broke down after 4 months and getting it fixed was terrible at first, very little customer support or response, The unit broke down Dec24 and I contacted them that day and I still dont have hot water. thats 14 days so far and its still boken. No error codes or buzzer going off, just no hot water and I checked everything, gas pressure, water pressure, not frozen. I diagnost it for them, here is what I wrote."your manual states that when the water heater fails(which it did) the display shows the fault code (which it DOESNT) and the buzzer sounds (which is DOESNT) so YOUR self diagnostic doesnt WORK for this problem, so that doesnt help me with what the fault is. since the temperature is 15 c its not frozen. your shower signal doest come on, the blower motor light doesnt come on, and the water temperature flame doesnt come on , so there is something wrong with the shower signal, if that doesnt work then blower wont come on and the heater wont start up. So it could be the water proportional valve,"they wrote me back"Our technical evaluation is the same as you guessed, ( I didnt guess I was a technical support engineer for 20 year in Silicon Valley) and it may be a problem caused by the water proportional valve. You can leave your name and address and mobile phone, and we can send you a new proportional valve; that was on Dec 30th, I wont get the part until Jan 10th. If you can live over 17 days without hot water then buy one, When I asked about a certified plumber installing the new part this was their response."We are very sorry that we are unable to provide plumber service support at this time. What we can offer is parts replacement, or sending the machine to our designated warehouse for repair. Regards FOGATTIThey should have told me that in the beginning so I could have packed it up and sent it out, back on Dec 24th. Sending me the part doesn't no good since I void the warranty if I work on their unit as stated in their manual. I am not a certified plumber.UPDATE: Adam from Fogatti Los Angeles contacted me and apologized for the mess up and sent me a new replacement . So it only took 4 days to replace the bad unit and I am a happy camper, they stood by their warranty and they also have places in Miami also with US customer support with a phone number, I went through Amazon, so the problem would be recorded, which might have been some of the problem. I'm not sure why people state there is no customer support, you can Google the company name and go to their website for phone numbers and customer support if you have a problem.

Works flawlessly. Replaces an old 60 gallon HW tank. Saving money and enjoying endless HW.

I've had this water heater for a while now. It works well when it decides to stay lit, but constantly give an E1 or E8 error and shuts off. Would not recommend.

Absolutely a terrible product. This thing throws E8 codes almost during every use. Showers going cold almost everytime. This piece of equipment is ridiculous. And customer service is even worse. What a nightmare
