The Dream Sack is a transitional product introduced when babies are moving out of the Magic Sleepsuit. Once babies begin rolling WHILE wearing the Sleepsuit, we recommend transitioning to the Dream Sack as this is a sign that they are wanting more freedom of movement during sleep. The Magic Sleepsuit helps to muffle the startle reflex that many babies still have around 3 months of age. We recommend babies go from Swaddle to the Sleepsuit and then to the Dream Sack.

Q: Is it the same thickness as the sleep suit?

Not as thick as the sleep suit, but thicker than most sleep sacks. Double layered, cotton lining on the inside, and micro-fleece on the outside. My 6 month old sleeps better in this sleep sack over the halo sleep sack.
