These leaves work well for my arthritis pain & swelling. also for my insomnia. People are always complimenting my skin how it looks healthy smooth and clear. so I think it's working for that as well. I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE. Work better than my arthritis medication.

I am using this to reduce or eliminate inflammation throughout my body. Winter tea form and summer ice tea form. Use stevia and walla, it is working. I have not felt any pains about 2 weeks since I started this tea. Use up to 5 leaves (rinse before boiling) at a time when boiling. Can drink as much as you want with no side affects. Able to boil up to 3 times before getting rid of the leaves and still get good tea taste. I started using these leaves I make a pot of tea from sour sop boil it for a hour then let it rest for a few hours remove the leaves pour in a bottle I like it cold. I drink 2 to 3 cups a day. morning night it works to relax me and give me energy as it helps me stay healthy as it works to cure my prostate health. Im no doctor but I got this for a pastor thAT i KNOW WHOS SERVED 48YEARS IN MINISTRY IN A TINY LIL Spanish preaching CHURCH IN jACKSONVILLE fLORIDA(5902 Seaboard ave). the doctor told him that his PKAs were 99 and no more treat ment was working so wait to die...my shipment came in fast close enough to 225 leaves...his wife made him tea by the huge potfull and refrigerated it....all the while the doctors stopped Chemo and meds....his PKAs (or something like that ) dropped to 5.6 !!!!......I keep them full of soursop puLp and this tea....and prayers....YOU FIGURE OUT IF ITS WORTH YOUR TIME OR NOT!!

They leaves were just ok, not uniform in color but maybe that should be expected. I try different vendors and they all have shortcomings but the benefits of Graviola leaves outweighs some imperfections. I drink this 1 to 2 times a day to lessen the side effects of Chemo pills for my inoperable live cancer.

IT HELPS

Used the Omura, then used this (actually I gave about a third of them away to my son, who is now hooked for life!). Really like them, but there were not 250 inside like they said; maybe 225 at the most! I counted them after reading another review where the woman said the same thing! I like the green color, because some of the Omura leaves were brown. However, I read online that it doesn't really matter. (Guess you can tell that I do a lot of research!)

Very disappointed with this purchase. I’ve used soursop leaves before but never looked like this. They were very old with a white mildew residue. Sounds weird but some of the these looked totally depleted of any type of nutrients. There’s no way I would consume this. I can’t believe I was sent this, and they are non refundable.
