I have long dark coffee curls and since I swim everyday, exposure to chlorine is inevitable. After a lot of postponing, twiddling thumbs, unabashedly sporting grays, I researched for eco-friendly natural hair dyes that wouldn’t react adversely to the pool chlorine and won’t dry out dense curly hair like henna and indigo powder does. Naturigin totally ticked all my boxes. It doesn’t smell all toxic fumy, nor does it dry out curls. I skipped a couple days of pool after the colouring though hoping the color will stay longer. The grays are just starting to show and I think it roughly lasted 2 months of regular swimming and shampooing. I believe it’ll last much longer if you aren’t swimming or washing your hair every day. I am going to try their color lock shampoo and conditioner and see if it lasts me longer this time around. Overall great purchase and I am already ordering my next pack today.

I was very skeptical to spend so much money on this unheard hair colour brand. But it is worth each penny of its asking price. Colour looks amazing and very natural looking. Gave me almost 100% grey coverage, that sometimes professional hair colour also failed, as I have bunches of very thick, stubborn pre-matured shiny white hair. Compared to Color Casting Creme (you know which brand), Naturigin gave me 10 times better results. I had stopped colouring my hair after using top brands colours for 3-4 times, due to severe hair damage and hair fall. But am happy about how my hair feels soft, shiny and no hair fall issue after this hair colour. This is Not 100% natural, but is milder and devoid of many harmful chemicals; so a much better option for chemical sensitive people like me. Has a pleasant smell and washes off so easily, as if you never applied colour to your hair. It has light, spreadable, non-drip formula. Hair feels gorgeous after drying. After 3 times of washing my hair with non-colour protect shampoo, my hair colour is still intact, with no fades. Now, for the down side. Due to some chemicals, I had severe headache right after applying it along with some burning sensation on my scalp. However, there were no issues after thoroughly washing it with the shampoo sachet that came with it (loved the shampoo as well). But headache lasted whole day. Another thing that I did not like is that the package does not come with any sort of seals either on the outer carton or on the activator bottle. Even I thought that the activator bottle is used like one of the reviewers here, due to no seal and very less quantity. But that's the quantity you actually get. So, the product was not enough for my waist length, thick brown hair. I concentrated on the hair roots, upper length of hair and bunches of white hair, which it all covered very well. It is really a good product to go for, but the absence of safety seals really make one doubt about it. Hope the company will look into it.
