Bien se faire conseiller par un rhumato ou un kiné pour cerner précisément son besoin, en fonction de sa pathologie chronique ou du traumatisme ponctuel visé. Il y a une dizaine de modèles de GENUTRAIN pour différents usages. Tissu doux, contention solide et confortable grâce à un tissage haut de gamme. Bien tenir compte de ses mesures de cuisse et de mollet. En cas de choix, prendre la plus petite, le tissu élastique finissant toujours par s'étendre un peu à la longue. Excellents produits de protection et de rééducation.

Stays in place while rolling in BJJ
This product was recommended on a forum I was looking at while recovering from a minor knee injury. I train in Brazillian Jiujitsu four times per week, and this has been amazing to help me get back on the mats with minimal pain or restrictions. It stays in place remarkable well, washes very well, and has been amazing for protecting my sore knee through mounts, passes, throws, and holds. My leg measured a medium for below the knee, but a large for the thigh, so I opted for the large size and it still works fantastic! You can hardly see it under my rashguard, and my rolling partners often can't even tell I'm wearing it. I highly recommend this product and plan to purchase a second one to help protect my other knee before my next tournament.
