Does the new lockout feature mean that if the breaker trips, it has to be replaced? Afci are notorious for false trips.

In our home, we ended up getting rid of all the combo afci /gfci breakers and going back to traditional circuit breakers and, where required, the more reliable GFCI breakers. Our state elecrical inspector HATES afci breakers, thinks them to be a scam by the electrical industry. We put them in to a rental only to remove them six months later because of near constant service calls. Fortunately, Lowe’s took everything back...but they weren’t happy about it.
