Attractive, doesn't need to be soft it's a tree skirt
Found this very attractive for my 4.5 ft table tree. Used some real bark to rap around the artificial trunk for a nicer look and soften it with a small white fluffy tree skirt on the inside, or cotton would work. I was very happy with it.

Beautiful small tree skirt
The tree skirt was burlap with embroidered white snowflake design. It ties closed with 2 white satin ribbons. I had been looking for a small skirt for my 4.5 ft tree that stands on my round coffee table for a couple of years. This one was perfect. My tree has a coastal motif and the burlap skirt complemented that look. I am very happy with this product.

No backing
It's fine for our dinky 5 ft tree, but the description said it has a satin backing. This is SPECIFICALLY why I picked this one over others. It does not. I really, personally, wouldn't use it for a tree much larger.

Good for outdoor use
Not the softest to touch but what can you expect for burlap. Pattern is painted on. Works my intended use for outside tree.
