I've used the standard Crescent Style Wrenches since the sixties. Getting the size just right was important. You had to tighten the little adjustment wheel tight enough so that the corners of the nut or bolt you were working didn't get rounded off. When they were tight enough to safely work the heads, you would then have to loosen the little tightening wheel to get it off for repositioning. The repeatedly opening and closing them to change positions on a nut or bolt was always a good source of irritation.When I saw these Knipnex Pliers Wrenches, I bought several in different sizes. I was very impressed the first time I used them. No more constantly adjusting the size by endlessly spinning the little adjustment wheel. Just set the size once and let the grips do the rest. The ergonomics and padding of the grips is excellent. Very comfortable, so I can apply a great deal of force with ease. They aren't inexpensive, but they're worth every penny.
