I drink this everyday and not only it tastes good makes me feel less liturgic. Easy to open and on the go.

Same energy as a whole pot of coffee without the jittery feeling. It’s helped my anxiety, circulation, focus, and overall mood. I love that I can throw them in my bag and don’t need anything to open them. I love the taste and how they work. There are cheaper options but I promise these are worth every cent. Highly recommend.

Tastes fantastic, healthy drink.

50 years ago, our coach had us use ginseng to help with energy levels before competitions. The stuff back then was absolutely horrible tasting. I was hesitant to buy this, I was looking for an energy answer, and remembered what we did 50 years ago. Presumably it's helping my health and my energy, I'm just glad it doesn't taste terrible and make you want to throw up. Took off one star because of the expense of this brand.

Great product gives me energy without making me nervous

Excellent taste, great quality. I've also use the regular (not the Plus version) also. It gives me a nice amount of energy in the morning and after lunch to make it through my work day. This version with the Reishi Mushroom is nice when the weather's not so good and people around you are getting sick. Ever since I started a regular regimen of Korean Red Ginseng, it seems that I'm the one that doesn't get sick like the others. I like how it makes me feel steady throughout the day without any crashes or peaks like coffee or sugary drinks.

Great taste and really give a good boost of your daily energy

I had starting taking it. But when I did my research they said I cannot take it everyday. The ingredients can cause some internal issues.

I like this product; the taste is sweet and prune juice a bit with a bitter ending but diff not bad tasting for this type of supplement. Taking this as a partial fast, only having this and MCT/coffee and 1/2 avocado per day as of day 3, for up to 5-6 days. I am trying alternative fasts as i feel just water after day 3 its not possible during working days and training so this gives me enough ketone but not too much, yet doesn't throw me in a low blood sugar dizziness while exercising. I will keep taking it post fasting as a pre workout till the full 30 packs are gone. I will update my progress.

Does the job as tonic,but abit expensive for small sachets for the day. Did help to prevent flu or cols symptoms during winter. Abit expensive to buy consistently.
