Great Design.
A great Pagani watch. Very nice design. I like it a lot.

This is the best watch produced by Pagani Design to date...
If you know anything about Pagani Design watches, you already know that they make "homage watches" that offer a lot of value for your dollar--albeit with quality-control quirks that have always managed to keep Pagani Design watches out of the top-tier Chinese watchmaker ranks (e.g. San Martin). However, with this interpretation of the Rolex Explorer II, Pagani Design has produced a watch that is comfortable, reliable, and of the highest levels of fit-and-finish I've seen. The milled clasp, perfectly fitted end-links, and bracelet with screws in lieu of push-pins (or those dreaded pin-and-collar monstrosities)--all deserve special mention here because they come together in a terrific rattle-free combination. Yes, for whatever reason, the dreaded pressed-steel dive extension remains...but, I guess that it wouldn't be a Pagani Design watch without at least one "characteristic" that leaves owners questioning it's purpose or need. The top-hat sapphire crystal is clean and clear. The magnification-window is also made of sapphire and, on my watch, was properly centered and usable. Case finishing is excellent if not exceptional for a watch costing under $150. The immovable bezel is brushed in a lovely outward pattern away from the dial.Lume is about the best ever seen on a Pagani Design watch, and the Mercedes handset and GMT hand with the aged-radium "faux-tina" really add to the aesthetic of the timepiece. The movement winds and hacks, and in my watch it runs about two or three seconds fast per 24 hours. The timegrapher recorded 0.2 beat-error on a mechanism running at 21,600 bph. The date switchover is swift, albeit the date wheel is white with black numbers (for better readability) instead of black with white numbers.Although the movement is more accurate out-of-the-box than some Seiko watches (or microbrand watches sporting the ubiquitous SII NH35 engine), unfortunately, the minute hand doesn't always align with the dial markers--so, if you are obsessive-compulsive, that could be somewhat irksome. There's also no display-back on this watch, but a nice solid stainless steel caseback with a rather restrained engraving of a compass-design and gently waving sea. The crown is a screw-down crown, marked with the Pagani logo, and it works without any issues. All in all, a tidy, quality package that makes a GMT watch affordable and attainable.Yes, it is a homage with "derivative design" cues from the Rolex original. And, yes, the Steinhart Ocean One Vintage GMT 39 is likely the closest approximation of the fabled Rolex Explorer II made in Switzerland. But, for $139 or less, you will be hard pressed to find something nicer or better.

First Pagani - Highly Recommend this model
First Pagani I have ever purchased. I know that some folks have had Paganis and they have fallen short in some places but honestly this one is pretty darn good. I have many watches, some a lot more expensive than thsi Pagani. I bought this watch pretty well knowing Pagani's reputation for spotty QC. I got it to have a fun watch for the summer rather than spending money on some fashion watch at the mall, i thought I would try this since I had a gift certificate. The first one I got had a defective bracelet so I had to send it back, hence why I gave this 4 stars rather than 5. The second one I got was fine. There are a few QC issues like the applied markers at 12, 7 and 8 are off center, and the safety clasp is hard to open. The built in adjustable clasp is a bit fidgety to deploy but overall, I still love this watch. It makes me happy when I look at the bright blue dial. The links are solid and the whole thing has a quality heft to it. Handling it belies the price. I would recommend this watch but do becareful of the spotty quality and just be aware that there might be some inconsistencies. However if you get a decent one, you'll probably be happier with this watch than a comparable Fossil or Timex.

Beautiful watch
The attention to detail in this watch makes it look so beautiful…the edges are polished mirror finish while the other parts are brushed stainless steel…Really is an awesome looking watch that pays homage to a Rolex Explorer style only this one is much more elegant and has some reliable internal movement inside for an automatic movement this one stays running for over 36 hours after it’s been removed…Not sure what they call this particular blue face dial but it almost looks like a Robin’s egg blue face, really beautiful blue and the fonts used to indicate time have a mirror finish around all of them and this watch also has a blue florescent glow to it when it’s worn in the dark…This is my third watch made by this company and every one of them looks very beautiful…Really happy and satisfied with all of them.Granted they aren’t Swiss watches but they are very beautiful watches and they use a Japanese SEIKO movement which is reliable and very durable…Highly recommended

Junk
Junk! The watch went broken in 6 month. It sounds that there are loose broken parts inside the watch. Terrible costumer service, they will ask you to look for a local watch repair shop before start of a replacement.... No sorry, please or thank you.

Very nice copy of an extremely expensive watch
This is a very nice "homage" to an extremely expensive watch (RolXX Explorer 2). It has a good weight and a nice clasp and bracelet, but it does dig in sometimes. This is an automatic watch, the GMT function does work and it does keep time properly. The watch does not have much in the way of reserve power (I didn't wear it for 2 days and it had stopped about about 10 hours earlier. Based on when I took it off to when I reset it - about 30 hours) I really like it though.2 little things I really didn't like are that the instructions don't mention the GMT function, and the cyclops (glass bubble over the date window) seems to have too much magnification to be able to read the date at a glance, you must be directly above it to read clearly. Also note that the luminous material is blue which I like, just not traditional green. It's also pretty good staying readable for at least a half hour in the dark when properly charged (use a flashlight or desk lamp for about 5 minutes)There is a lot to like here. The price is right, the function is proper and it really looks the part.Knowing with what you will be dealing with, this is still a great watch to have and recommend.
