Did not stay in one spot
This was not at all what I read it would be. Knowing that this needs to stay at the upper part of your butt and the lower part of your back it decides it wants to slide halfway up your back. That’s not where it belongs. It does nothing unless you have tight compression around your back as well. Otherwise it will move.

Does Not Stay In Place
Don’t waste your money. This board moves almost immediately after placing it in the faja, and my faja is TIGHT.

This board is very good quaily, but must be worn with something over it. It will move if just tucked into clothes by itself. If wearing with a Fajia or a waist trainer get the garmet a size bigger as to accomdate room for the board.

Just as good as M&D
I love this back board! It's just as nice as my friends M&D brand one, but half the price. It's super soft, stays put, and fits well.I'm not sure why some of the people here gave this lumbar board a bad review. You have to wear ANY back board with compression and its for post-op. It won't do anything for you if you have not had plastic surgery to your body.
