I was feeling bloated, fatigued, tired and to be honest i was having a BM about every 7-10 days for the last year. I felt my body was sick and non of my clothes fit. I eat healthy for the most part and exercise everyday but I knew something was up. I decided to do this cleanse and it was absolutely amazing! I have had a steady BM every day since and lost 11lbs. I truly sh*t my brains out the first week & it felt so good! This product worked! It cleanses me out, it gave me energy and I am feeling a bit regular now. I started off with 1 pill and it did nothing so I got aggressive and took 3 pills a a day. I will say - “drinkYour water!!” I tripled my water intake. I did buy a second bottle because of how backed up I was. After two weeks I am now taking 1 pill a day to help slowly bring my body back to regular status. The first few days I had stomach pain - but it was worth it!!!!Great product! Energy level up. Pants fit again. Life is good!!!

I’ve done other cleanses and this one is better than average. I got immediate results that Are leaving me feeling lighter... and with more energy.Full disclosure: I bought this a couple months ago and it never came out of the box. But came across It with my vitamins and figured it was a sign! I really was feeling backed up and bloated from really bad food choices that I’ve made being cooped up at home during Covid. I was feeling pretty gross and I figured since I’m not going anywhere, good time to cleanse.So... wow. I feel like I am being scrubbed from the inside out. I started with three a day and I’ve been drinking At least 80 oz of water. By end of day one I had a huge elimination. I did not have a lot time to get to the bathroom but I’m home-no biggie.I’ve noticed by day three, my cravings for junk food are gone and my appetite is greatly reduced. I am about a 26 BMI and it’s seeming like this will get me on track to make some better food choices and kick start a healthy eating plan.I do have a very, very slight headache but that is common for me when doing a cleanse and is part of my body’s detox.Good luck.Warning for possible TMI-your movements will have a really bad odor (think rotten food in your colon for multiple weeks) . If you’re using a shared bathroom, have air freshener on hand.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

It didn't really work for me. the first couple of days gave me cramps and gas as expected. After 3 days I felt fine but I had a hard time increasing it to taking it twice daily because it says to take it with food and I either don't eat that much or forgot to take it with me when I did go out to eat or had long appointments during the day and didn't want to take it and then have to run to the bathroom. You really have to isolate yourself from the outside world to commit to this and get it to work and I simply couldn't. I gained weight while taking it. I would LOVE a refund but I don't even see that option here. The instructions did confuse me because it said to take it before bed but always with food, I don't eat before bed and I don't know why they would recommend that either. But also how much food did you need to eat with it ? like is a cracker ok ? LOL. I really wanted it to work, I recently did an elimination diet for 3 weeks and not only lost 10 lb but had amazing energy and lower food cravings but I also really wanted to clean out my body.

i do colon cleanses twice a year at least, along with regular chelation therapy because i am so sensitive to the weaponized food supply. This product doesn't have enough fiber nor herbs in it to do a cleanse if you follow the directions; however it works great if you take 2-3 tablets twice a day, and take some psylium husk fiber on top of that. doing it this way would be great for those who are so toxic they get sick trying to do a cleanse. not having enough of the active ingredients in the recommended dose makes it a more gentle cleanse, IF you take more fiber with it and increase the doses. If made following the directions, it would be a waste of money. but like i said , for those really toxic; not wanting to release to much toxins at once; then doing it with the extra fiber would make it great.
