The Hamilton Beach 35032 Professional Style Electric Deep Fryer has been an excellent addition to my kitchen! It’s the perfect size with its 3-liter capacity, making it great for frying everything from small snacks to family-sized meals. The 1500 watts of power heat up quickly and maintain the temperature beautifully, so everything comes out perfectly crispy. I also love the frying basket with hooks, which makes draining oil super convenient and mess-free. The stainless steel design looks sleek and is easy to clean, which is always a big plus. I am a big fan. I gifted this as a housewarming gift to close friends. He immediately tore into the box and after cleaning it, made some chicken nuggets. There is a real difference between oil fried and air fried. This provides the classic taste of a fried exterior and steamy interior. The unit heated quickly and evenly based on the setting. The food cooked really well. Finally, the cleanup wasn't too bad, but it is a deep fryer. It still fits nicely on the countertop and doesn't take up too much width. We all agreed this was a great value for the money and we had fun using it.

I've always done all my frying in a conventional pot using a thermometer or chop stick to see if the oil was hot enough - not any more! With this fryer the heat rods get the oil to the perfect temperature in about 5-10 minutes. Easy to clean as well, just make sure to wipe down the sides with a wet sham cloth after every use and have a station where you can remove the heat rods to replace the oil when needed. You will rarely overcook your fried foods with this fryer, all you really need is a meat thermometer and 1 arm to lift the frying tray out to check to see if its cooked. You also have to make sure to slide the panel with the heat rod in place with the panel that holds the oil or the fryer won't turn on.
