Simply Awesome
Use these every day at work for video calls. The mic reducing noise for my teammates and the duel ear pieces reduce noise to keep me focused. Love they are wireless, too so I can move around freely.

Ideal para home office
Sin duda laejor opción, me sorprendió mucho el alcance que tiene con respecto al Dongle USB que se conecta a la laptop. Reconocimiento de mute en teams, webex. Sin duda recomedables

Really great headphones for Zoom meetings
Poly 4200UC, $163 on Amazon with crazy fast UPS delivery from the third party seller. I had to sign for them.I’ve tried them with my laptop, iPhone and iPad for listening to web video streaming, music, and also on zoom. Really great, clear audio to my uneducated ears. Zoom folks report very clear audio from me also. I haven’t tried them with a phone call on my cell yet.The noise cancellation seems quite good. I had to get used to hearing myself slightly muted when I speak. I think I thought my own voice would come through the headphones too but that doesn’t seem to be how they work. The controls and mic boom are on the right headphone. When muted, the mic will pick up me yawning and warn me audibly “mic muted”. It also says “mic unmuted” when I trigger that - I find that useful but a bit distracting as it cuts out the incoming audio for a split second. I can change that setting, though, in the app, so I may decide that’s a worthwhile trade off or just get used to it.The app is straightforward and also includes a location feature along the lines of “find my iPhone” if you want it. They don’t come with a manual and the included instruction card was very basic, borderline not helpful. I found the actual manual as a PDF on the manufacturer’s website. It is easy to increase or decrease the volume either on the controls on the right headphone or on the phone/laptop device controls. The mic boom is very adjustable and it can be pivoted up and out of the way too. The earmuffs are comfortable, not too hot, adjustable and the headset isn’t that heavy. The headset does move around if I’m exercising on the floor mat but I have fixed that by using an elastic hair tie to anchor it to my bun! The headset is very stable walking at a quick pace on the treadmill. The headset uses a USB C port for the little adaptor (included) that allows it to run on the laptop without Bluetooth. The adaptor lights up on its end showing whether it playing audio, transmitting audio or both. The headset pairs easily with the iPhone or iPad with Bluetooth and automatically, seamlessly connects, each time.Set up out of the box was five minutes, maybe. Charging is with a USB C cord (included) and a charge seems quick and lasts at least seven hours worth of use time - I haven’t fully tested continuous use, though. When you start them up, it tells you how much charge time there is left. The ear muffs fold flat and they store nicely in a corded bag with the bits and bobs.I’m very happy with them so far. They are a big upgrade from my wired Logitech set and my somewhat hopeless Apple Beats Flex wireless $100 set. Third time is the charm and it looks like you get what you pay for!

First impressions after 5 minutes use
The sound quality are exceptional. I have another pair of Plantronics (Headset) that are over ear that cost me a pretty penny when I bought them. I did not expect these to have the same high audio quality but they do.I have not yet had the chance to test headset capabiity, but I trust it will work satisfactorily. One thing I like with Planttronics is the computer voice that tells different statuses, nice feature.
