Great for work
My husband tried many different headsets. This one works well. Great quality and sound.

Simply Awesome
Use these every day at work for video calls. The mic reducing noise for my teammates and the duel ear pieces reduce noise to keep me focused. Love they are wireless, too so I can move around freely.

Replacement Set
Bought this as a replacement set for work since my dog ate the last one. The last set worked outside from the computer. This one disconnects at the door. So that’s a negative point. They’re relatively comfortable for the length of time I wear them 10 hours a day. All in all they do the job. Just can’t go far from the desk.

Good headset
So I needed a headset for work because the wired ones that I have been using are trash. This one was a breath of fresh air. It tells you how much battery is left and it tells you what its connected to. The only thing is this one comes with the USB C connection and I needed a regular usb connection. No problem I bought a dongle and paired it with the headset and it works like a charm

was sold a fake item. dont buy
one of the ear piece stopped working 6 months after buying. went to hp to claim the warranty. the serial number of the piece and the description in HP site was different and the warranty as per HP has expired as someone bought it 1 year before this and replaced this item with a defective product.

Didn't last 2 years
I purchased this headset back in November of 2021. It's a great headset; sound quality and mic are top. My mic stopped working as of February 2023, so I filed a claim with Poly. I sent my headset to be repaired or replaced in March and that was the last thing I heard from them. Recently I went to check my claim because 6 months seemed like enough time for a repair! Poly has been purchased by HP and my claim information has been completely wiped from the website. I have no way to inquire about it; it's lost. I wish I had never bought this headset.

I work from home! On calls all day! This is the best headset! I am free and not tied to my desk with this wireless Bluetooth headset!! Love then!
