Q: How do you make this into an iced latte?

Here is a simple recipe: Ingredients 6 oz Milk of choice 1/2-1 tsp matcha 1 tsp or honey, or sugar, or agave syrup 1 cup ice Instructions: If you have a whisk: 1. In a bowl, mix the matcha green tea powder with a little bit of water – just enough to form a paste. Whisk it until there are no clumps. 2. Add the milk and and agave. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until incorporated. Let sit for a minute so any remaining clumps settle to the bottom. Carefully pour into a glass with ice and enjoy! **It’s super important to not get the water too hot! 160f – 180f degrees for the perfect temperature and do not go over that level. If you use scalding hot water to make the “concentrate” of a matcha latte, you’ll end up with a bitter, burnt latte. You don’t need to wait for specific water temperate most days; instead, you can wait for your kettle to boil, and let it cool for a few minutes before starting the steeping process. If you don't have a whisk: 1. To the bowl of a blender, add the milk, matcha powder, and syrup. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the matcha is lump free. 2. Pour into a cup of ice and Enjoy!
