I bought several over-the-door hangers to find one that would work well on my guest bathroom door. Most were fitted for a thicker door or the metal that went over the door was too thick for the gap between the top of my door and its frame. This was the best we found. Seems nicely made as well. Very happy with it.

this would be perfect if the part that went over the door was not quite as thick as it interferes with the door closing but we do love it!

Excellent Quality! Very stylish, for a door hook. Fits tight against the door and the door closes with no problem and no scraping. Would absolutely recommend this product.

We live in an old farmhouse with zero storage. Closest are itty bitty dark cubbies. So I'm always looking for more ways to keep our home less cluttered with storage ideas.This is a nice looking over the door hanger in a dark metal color. Not quite black.It's a good size at about 2 feet wide.It bows outward in the center to accommodate larger items like backpacks etc.It's pretty sturdy and will hold about anything you would need.I have it hung now in my office for my purses but it is soon leaving me. My son just requested that I bring it up to him for his college dorm room. They have cinder block walls so nothing can hang. This will be perfect on their door! I think he needs this there more than I need it. Or..... I just get another one!!!I have owned another brand before that when the door closed, it tweaked a tad. Not this one. When dthe door is closed, it remains where it belongs.My only wish..... is that it hung a little bit lower. It's at the top of the door and me being 5 foot 0 - I'd prefer something to hang a little lower. That's the only con I have for this. And for others? Normal sized adults. This is probably not even a con for them ;pRelying on other's reviews I see written is important to me when making purchases; so being very honest with my own, is just as important.It has become a hobby and makes my day if it helps others!If you have any questions or comments please feel free to ask.
