This was by far one of the best purchases I ever made. I waited 6 months from purchase to write this review trying to find something I didn't like, but I couldn't! The flavor & temp of the coffe is out of this world. It's easy to go from the full carafe to single cup seamlessly. I love the timer feature & the steps to set it a 2 yr old could do. Having hot coffee ready right outta bed is the best. The coffee is hot & with the option to make it stronger or not in just a button allows for variety in taste at no additional cost. I have definitely wasted a lot less coffee with the single cup option, which brews just as hot as the carafe. I truly love the reusable filter too. This cleans out easy & saves on waste. I spent a lot of time shopping for my new coffee pot & read a lot of reviews doing so. So, I truly hope this helps someone make their decision. I'd buy this again hands down!

Great coffee machine. A little pricey but worth it. Coffee stays hot for hours.. not sure about the other reviews, but mine works perfectly. Way, way better than my previous one, a different brand.

We have owned cuisinarts for decades and been happy. This is a disaster. Coffee not hot. K-cup side spews grounds. After a few weeks now coffee pot side leaking. Also very poor design in terms of pouring water in carafe side. Narrow opening and water splashes everywhere. We are returning.

For almost 200.00 it is not great. I hate not seeing what's in it being steel. The shape always leaves some liquid in pot. Can't wipe inside with rag. Opening too small for hand...just annoying all around. Even settings..

The stainless steel pot is better because they coffee after sitting doesn’t taste burnt and it keeps it hot till it’s gone

Cuisinart has a pretty good brand reputation but this is the second “coffee center” product we have purchased of theirs and both had the same problem. K-cup side has boil overs or blowouts where the water and coffee grounds flow up and out into the unit and make a mess!Our first machine did this after a year of use and this time it started after only a couple weeks. Only my wife and I use it and it’s not a cleaning or maintenance issue.Had to return it and I did not clean it before doing so because it’s a pain in the tail to do so.

First one did not make k cup coffee correctly but was sent a replacement and it works great. Makes coffee that is hot and delicious

I was so excited about this coffeemaker but I’m disappointed.I have 2 main issues with it:1- the coffee doesn’t stay hot for more than a couple of hours. This is not a hot plate maker, but the pot is supposed to be thermal.2- the pot drips A LOT when serving the coffee, and this is a real pain.Would not buy again.
