They keep my weight in check...if I gain weight I take a little extra, if I lose to much weight I only take them three or four days a week....fantastic been taking them for years now keep me unconstapated

I've tried this product before. I ordered this go around. After taking it 3 days in a row. It didn't work. They look different from what I'm used to. I didn't do anything for me. . I think it's just a bad batch. I choose not to order from this company again. Waste my money.

The media could not be loaded.  This really works! I’ve lost 40lbs in about a 4-5mth time frame. Only downfall is after you eat, be prepared to clear out your bowels…it’ll clean you out.

I like the product but consistency of product not the best. Varies by bottle.
