The BEST!
This is one of the best kitchen purchases I have ever made. This pan is wonderful and the popovers are the perfect size- not too small but just right. I have the Norpro standard size POPOVER Pan that looks like this and really like it but the popovers are very large and 6 popovers are hard to divide among 4 people the most frequent number at the dinner table. Technically these are half the size of the larger popovers but seem larger and just the right size to have one or two with dinner so it works out great whether or not there are 4 or 6 at the table. This pan is well made, sturdy, easy to clean. easy to put in and take out of the oven and great for Popovers and individual Yorkshire Puddings too. The popovers always come out crispy on the outside and moist in the middle- just perfect.

Well made and lots of uses
I actually wanted this for the tall slim cupcake liners from a big box store. The company still sells the unique cupcake liner papers but discontinued the baking pan so while searching for the original pan I found this one. Worked perfect and this pan is easier to clean and sturdier than the pan from the other company. Love it. Plus great for popovers and muffins. Great value, highly recommend.

Nice, but one cup broke off after 2 hand washings.
Great for popovers, After two hand washing though, one of the cups came off. I don't have a welder or solder gun handy to fix it. Going to try to get manufacturer to replace it. Hope they do.

Nice
Works well. Uncludes a nice and easy recipe. coating seems more than adequate and releases well. metal is not terribly thick but this is kind of a niche product.

Works as described
Used the pan for the first time and popovers came out perfect. Did not stick either and did not collapse. I used to use a muffin pan but these are absolutely superior. I also used the recipe that came with the pan. My dinner guests were amazed. I highly recommend this pan.

Simple steps to exquisite tastes.
I have a larger, ¨regular¨ sized popover pan, and I have to say that these turn out to be almost as big. Maybe not in actual volume, but I have found them to be as filling. Follow the same popover dictates as for ¨regular¨ size popovers. In fact, I have been baking both size popovers in the same sessions for months now. Simply use the basic rules: 1) eggs at room temp, 2) baking position on lowest rack, 3) cookie sheet on highest rack position (to protect popovers), 4) preheat pans with fat (butter, bacon grease, margarine), 5) turn down oven at right time and 6) do not open the oven door.
