Tineco A11 Hero EX Cordless Stick Vacuum, Powerful Suction Handheld Vac Lightweight for Carpet Hard Floor

Not the most powerful but it does get the job done. The battery time is too short, but it’s still a good product. Would recommend for a small apartment.

Finally switched to cordless vacuum cleaner after grabbing an attractive deal from Tineco. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to start than with Tineco A11 Hero. A truly ingenious product that made our life so much easier. I tried hard to find flaws with it but I have to admit that Tineco really nailed it when it comes to productivity, efficiency, comfort, portability and durability. Covering almost every requirement at such a reasonable and affordable price. Battery lasts for almost an hour on high power mode on full charge. Only thing that didn’t meet my expectation was absence of a spare rechargeable battery with this model and difficulty to claim local warranty. However, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for cordless vacuum cleaner as compared to its pricey competitors.

It’s not heavy and has good suction.. Battery is not great, it’s more suitable for small rooms and apartments.

It started off great and was very strong. Suction was powerful and vacuuming duration was good. After 2 months of use, the battery doesn't charge at all and the entire vacuum doesn't run!!

This stick vaccum has powerful suction and one of the best thing is that it comes with 2 batteries and wall unit that charges both batteries and neatly hangs all the accessories. They also provide 2 filters and a filter cleaning device. This is value for money when you compare with the other more expensive brand. The attachments are easy to clean and another favourite feature is the Led lights on the main attachment that helps you see the dirt on the floor and results in a good clean floor. Highly recommended for houses with hard floors and small carpet areas. Keep in mind that the stick vaccums are only for dry surfaces.

I am never going back to corded vacuum cleaners. Cordless is best 👍🏼 I was very pleased that this came with 2 batteries which is handy as one is always ready charged when the other runs out. Good looking machine - comes with a stand to fix on the wall and a bunch of accessories too. Also comes with 2 filters and a cool filter cleaner. This vacuum cleaner is very easy to use, good price and they have excellent customer service. I’m a Tineco convert!

Hi, I received it the second day, super fast delivery. However the packaging seemed like it was designed to be a piece for display and not for customers purchase. Very poor packaging with no efforts at all in terms of packaging related to any colors or quality. A friend of mine bought the same product and received it in a different package also his item included an extra part which is the storage part. That is the part used to place all the devices on it and to charge both batteries simultaneously. It was unfortunately missing! Yes the performance is good and specially with the 2 batteries option etc, however I must say that our older Dreeme V9 Xiaomi had a better design and looks more modern than this Tineco, not to forget the huge price difference! If the V9 dreeme has also 2 batteries, I honestly would go for it over this one. All in all, I would have kept it if the storage item had came with it.

Pros: • Awesome price for the quality • Great at picking up pet hair. I have two cats and this sucks up all the fur using the full-size floor roller and dusting brush extension • Better colour and design than it's A10 predecessor • I don't have to press on the switch the entire time because there's a lever that keeps it in place • I enjoy vacuuming with this thing! Cons • Only comes with one battery but I don't finish the charge when I'm cleaning anyway so it's okay (1 bedroom apartment)

Hands down one of the best vacuums I’ve ever used. It’s been 4 years and it’s still going strong. It checks every box. The biggest being great suction on and off carpet and no loss of suction. Battery lasts forever and it comes with two one always being charged and on the ready should the first run out. I’ve never had the first run out. Super easy to clean and empty. I love it just as much as my shark if not more cuz it came with a wall hanger and all accessories hang on the wall hanger and are super easy to interchange them for vacuuming furniture and getting in nooks and crannies.

I wanted to write this review when I had photos to upload, but rather than waiting I decided to provide my review w/out further delay. When it arrives, you are first impressed by the careful packaging, organized box and cloth pouches covering some of the items. I purchased this for my wife because our Dyson was noisy and the cord was a pain. We have owned 10 vacuums during the past 30 years. Both uprights and canister types. This was our first stick type cordless. My wife's friend bought a Shark and raved about it. Thus, as a surprise, I was going to just get the Shark, but then I decided to read reviews and have an open mind to consider other makes. I am so glad I did because I discovered this beautiful Tineco. In comparing, the specs were simply better than Shark and the others. My reluctance was not having heard of Tineco. I decided to take the plunge a purchase it's most expensive newest model, the A11. I also upgraded to the Master which is in a beautiful Emerald or Teal color and provides a huge amount of extra attachments over the standard A11. The first thing you notice unwrapping is how perfect every piece is made. You can see the quality in the brush heads, swivels, wheels, etc. It is so hard to explain the excellent build quality. It takes a lot to impress me and this had me surprised because I was not expecting such a well constructed power head right down to every hose and attachment. We have owned several $300 and up vacuums and this by far is the nicest vacuum I purchased. I hit a home run with my wife and she was so happy that I did not by the Shark. My wife had used her friends top of the line Shark which is much heavier, much louder and no where near the quality. If this was a car, the Tineco would be a Lexus and the Shark a Kia. I don't easily make such a statement, but we had the Shark at are home (borrowed) since we recently moved and we had no vacuum unpacked. So we did the side-by-side and my wife pointed everything out that was better in the Tineco with loads of excitement. I cannot stand vacuum noise when I am writing for work, but under low the noise is barely noticeable yet enough suction to work. My wife said even with the Shark, she typically used it on low to get more out of a battery and low on both works. The suction on low was about the same even though the Tineco is more powerful at 450 watts. But should you need it the high has enough power to suck almost anything you can think of. I felt the suction on high and it was similar to my 6hp ShopVac. You will not need high that often, but when you do it is nice to know you have the power to tackle any mess. I realize the company being in China has no toll free number to call, but that is really not an issue since the email response to me on 2 separate emails was under 12 hours. In fact, that is how I was able to upgrade from the standard version to the Master after i placed my order on Amazon. Also, it is quite rare that one needs to get support since a vacuum is not like a confusing electronic item or computer. I can only recommend this beautiful vacuum since I can admit had i purchased the Shark, it would have been a mistake. In my opinion the Shark is about the best cordless out there, so Tineco really did its homework when it came up with this cordless vacuum. Just to show you the attention to detail, they include an attachment which cleans one of the 4 filters and this is true HEPA. My wife did about 20 minutes of vacuuming on one battery and mostly on low power. It would have gone longer so battery life is excellent. I should mention, my wife is very petite at 5'2" tall and size 2/4. We are also semi-retired. I share that so you realize this is very light and easy to hold and my wife found this more comfortable to handle than the Shark. I did my best to describe this and when I get a chance I will try to take a few photos to show all the attachments included and of the unit sitting in its stand. My old Dyson handheld died and I knew I didn't want another machine where I couldn't replace the battery. The addition of 2 kittens, and their associated litter trays, to our household prompted me to start looking at all sorts of handhelds/stick vacuums. I saw this brand recommended somewhere and decided to take a closer look. Black Friday enabled me to purchase one for GBP197 so I stopped looking at the A12 and A10 and snapped it up. I don't regret that decision. Mine came with a UK plug and UK instructions. They aren't especially detailed, but they are easy enough to follow. I thought the light on the main head would be a gimmick, but it really is useful- it makes it so easy to spot crumbs and dust in darker corners! At normal operating level, it is quiet enough not to terrify the kittens. It seems to work as well on hard floors and carpets and is easy to empty. I particularly like the fact that it comes with 2 filters (so you can swap them over and then vacuum the dust out of the other). Other pluses? I like the fact that you don't have to hold the "on" trigger down all the time (you can just switch a lever to leave the trigger on). I love being able to wipe/rinse the outer filter quickly and just swap the inner filter over (my Dyson used to take an age for filters to dry). I seem to get ample time from a battery charge, but batteries are easily swapped if you need to do a big clean. I also like having indicator lights to tell me how far through the charge we have gone. The little hair remover gadget is a clever addition. Well done Tineco!

I’ve had this vacuum for little over a month, so I’ve had the time to get some use and form my opinion. My home is 1800 sq. ft. Hardwoods everywhere except for tile in bathrooms. I do have several area rugs. We have one non shedding dog and there are no children in the home. No stairs either. This vacuum can handle the whole lot using one battery on full power. It does an excellent job getting up dust and dirt. The light is fabulous for helping you to know where you’ve been and where you need to go. It is easy to use under furniture and in tight spaces/where wall and floor meet. It handles all but one area rug just fine. Not sure why the one rug is a bit tough for the vacuum, but in all fairness, my previous behemoth vacuum had a hard time with that rug as well. I just go one direction when vacuuming that rug, instead of back and forth and that works well. I have found that the tools included are enough for my needs. I have vacuumed out the car, plantation shutters, and furniture. Although the second battery was a must for me, I find that I rarely need it with my size home. And no cord! Nirvana! Two negatives for me..... the vacuum does not stand up on its own. So be careful there. And, the battery and charger do not connect when I hang the vacuum up in the charging station with anything attached. I have to take the attachment off in order for the unit to sit right for charging. Neither of those things a big deal to me....but, I did search in reviews about the standing up on its own and never found any reference to that. So now ya know! This is a really good vacuum. It does a good job and is super easy to use and maneuver. I think it is worth the price and can highly recommend it. In fact, I have and now my little neighborhood is buzzing with Tineco’s!
