Electrolit Zero isn't inexpensive, but it's the best electrolyte drink/powder I've ever used. I drink during racquet sports in hot humid conditions and cramping has been eliminated (first product I have used that works every time). Lemon breeze taste great and causes no stomach issues. I mix the 21 fl. oz. bottle with water to fill up a 64 oz (half gallon) jug. Highly recommend!Edit: 10/7/24 Dropped a star. Unfortunately, the last batch I received (this is my sixth order) tasted completely different. Not sure if it was just a bad mix or a revised recipe. Either way the flavor is not nearly as natural....more like Cool Aide. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They do not return Amazon chat or direct phone calls. Very disappointing.

Two package units at a time is too heavy to lift or walk with.l fell face first.
