My wife told me that my book shelf can't just have books on it. It must also be decorated. Since most of the books on my book shelf are from theologians, saints, pastors, and priests, what better addition than Saint Francis of Assisi? It's got enough mass to it that some of my smaller books can lean against it and looks very nice. I really like it.

I gave the statue of St. Francis to my dog's (Nero) vet, for a Christmas present. She absolutely loved it and said it was one of the nicest gifts that she had ever received from a client and his dog. The statue was well cast and I loved the fact that it included a dog, as most St. Francis statues only feature birds.

This particular review is for a St. Francis statue that has a sticker on the bottom which reads: "The Summit Collection." It's a very nice statue. well detailed, and quite heavy. I'm quite pleased to have it set on my desk.

This is a much nicer product than I expected and I can be hard to please! The size is great, the color is a nice rich looking glossy brown, and was heavier than I expected. Would gladly order again>
