Perfect live blade analog
Great for flipping and tricks without danger of slicing your fingers off.Beautifully built with tight connections and no tap. I have three now.

Heavy fidget toy
Bought because I don't trust learning on a sharp blade. The build quality is top notch, very fluid. I will say that it is heavier than I expected, which is good and bad since it's easier to carry momentum, but you also carry that momentum into the back of your fingers when you're learning.

Heavy but addictive
This is a HEAVY balisong. Maybe the heaviest in my collection - but it's a heaviness that feels tight. When you flip this it has a very tight flip and feels clean, but when the handles and blade hit each other you feel it vibrate because of the sheer weight of the thing - its almost addictive how that feels.I think for a beginner this is way too heavy to start with, but for someone looking for unique balis to add to their collection, I think this is an incredible option to get. The handles are sandwhich but the sides are very well smoothed out so doing fans are not a big issue, and due to the weight, chaplins feel much more stable to do (although doing it fast is much harder). If you like this full steel design and want to try something interesting, I definitely recommend this bali.General Notes:- Flips pretty well- Handles are well machined- Latch is easily removable- HEAVY, but in a nice way- When flipping it WILL kind of vibrate from the sheer weight of itselfYes, the latch is removable and personally i suggest removing it asap since it's a trainer blade so not much reason to have it in the first place, and the latch is really annoying when flipping.

Best trainer on the market
Getting into some serious balisong training with this heavy and durable trainer. It comes with bearing pivots which has very nice flip feel with the weight. Pinching is rare but can happen.

Good trainer.
This is a nice trainer. I originally learned with a double-edged sharp butterfly knife I bought in the 80's. Before they were classed with switchblades. Lot of cut fingers. This is much nicer.

So heavy
Heavy. Other than that fine.... but very very heavy. Its like swinging a hammer against your hand.

Very heavy duty
My fiance has recently gott into butterfly knives and bought this to learn some tricks. He hasn't had time to practice but I have and I absolutely love this trainer knife. I've dropped it multiple times, it's been skidded across cement flirts and there is not a scratch or dent on it. It moves very swiftly and is such a nice knife to show off and do tricks.

Very good flipper!
This knife is excellent for rollover moves, due to its weight. It's also great for moves like shortstop and the like. It has very good momentum and it's very durable.
