The media could not be loaded.  Picked up the CIC android for our 2013 BMW X5, after reading all the reviews and watching the PEMP YouTube videos. We don’t have any prior experience so this was all new. Quick delivery, installed it the next day. Took about two hours with breaks. My biggest reminders, don’t forget the aux cord that runs to your center console, you need that for the app audio (YouTube, YouTube TV, Tubi, Prime Video, etc). Also, if your x5 has the small speaker on the upper dash, you need to hook up the purple and white cord to the android as well. The apple car play, wired and wireless work seamlessly and the audio is up to par. We added a data only t mobile prepaid SIM card (you can use a hotspot as well) and it works perfectly. We can stream live tv on YouTube tv and Tubi, play movies on all the other apps while driving (though we won’t, for safety reasons of course). We had a quick question, so we emailed and wishing 24 hours received an extremely thorough response and pictures to help identify the issue. Looks like it came with the car stock once you change the boot logo and customize your settings. Dont hesitate!

Ive had android screens on one other car model I've owned and i can easily say the audio quality on this model is quite bad. I understand that its routed through the aux connection but it was definitely degraded compared to a standard aux cable.While I do think the screen itself is great and the touchscreen carplay is amazing to have, i was unable to sacrifice the sound quality. Especially on a vehicle with such good speakers already (Harmon Kardon). I ended up removing the screen and going for a plug and play box even though its not touch screen.

Needed additional harness for 360 and backup camera please, everything else so far working.No sound, cannot connect phone Bluetooth to the device for apple car play

This was one of the easiest installs that I have ever done. My only problem was the screen resolution of the BMW menu screen. It was out of wack. I had to go to the factory settings using the code 070305 to change the vehicle type. When I changed the type, everything worked perfectly. Looks great. Sounds great!!

Had a few issue but mainly because I did not secure the cables behind the head unit properly. Customer service was outstanding. Some US based companies can learn customer support from this company. Good job. You made someone very happy here in Dallas, Texas.

This is solely Android! It will not play sound with an iPhone. The listing clearly says it is compatible and it is NOT… Tried to return it and was told it was past the 30 day window…. I barely had time to have it installed and taken to professionals to try and figure out why it wouldn’t play sound.I’m disappointed, irritated and out $600. Save your money! This company sux!!!

This is a solid product. Installed this in my CIC x5 today and had virtually no trouble.Contacted support, spoke with them for 5 mins and everything is perfect.For my vehicle, I had to run the aux cable to the center console.

Changement pour X6 E71 de 2009. Honnêtement super produit, fonctionne super bien pour peu que les paramètres soient bien réglés. Le son par le jack auxiliaire est super, rien a redire de ce côté tout est génial. Le seul bémol est le montage, rien de compliqué mais les accès sont difficiles alors il faut faire preuve de patience au montage. Attention toute fois, a la fin et a l'encastrement de l'écran, il faut bien le pousser en haut au maximum, que les côtés soient bien calés sinon l'aération se place très mal. Sinon je recommande le produit sans problème. J'espère vous avoir été utile 👍

Bonjour, manque peut être le double zone sur l'ecran pour avoir la musique d'un côté et gps de l'autre. Attention au filtre lors du montage bien le caler. Très bon autoradio une bonne réaction du tactile. Rendu très jolie et très grand écran.

Ottima soluzione per sostituire il navigatore di serie e sfruttare CarPlay. Io l’ ho montato sulla mia bmw x5, ho montato tutto da solo e non sono un elettrauto, se seguite il video passo passo non sbaglierete, ci vuole soltanto un po’ di precisione e attenzione. Se l’audio non si sente dovete collegate il cavo aux alla presa dell’auto(nel video non troverete questo passaggio ma su YouTube c’è un altro video per questo problema)infatti ho risolto e va tutto benissimo. Il venditore è molto disponibile, risponde subito e fornisce le giuste informazioni per risolvere eventuali criticità. Io lo consiglio!
