Does this come with a long straw attachment?

Mine came with a red straw 0.089" OD and 4" long for shooting it into tight places.

gold doesn't oxidize so for gold-gold interfaces won't this just flush the gunk in between at a high price?

It is a good non conductive cleaner so while gold may not oxidize there can still be dust, dirt, grease(oils from skin) etc. that you can still clean .I love this stuff for all faders, pots, plugs and the like . and yes its not cheap but some are worth their weight in gold.

Can this also be used on silver surface computer plugs?...when building a computer.

I can't answer with 100% certainty. I have used on all my stereo equipment with excellent results. Jenna Labs recommends it without hesitation for all the electronics, check out the recommendation.

Is this O.K. to use with plastics and paints? Is this a cleaner or lube?

This product removes oxidation from metal electrical or audio/video connections. If wiped clean after application, it leaves a thin film that can create lubricating qualities and anti-corrosion qualities. It is not necessary to wipe clean as electrical connections can be assembled wet with this product applied. Although I have never had any problems with overspray on plastics or painted surfaces, I would be sure to wipe them clean with a soft absorbent cloth after exposure.
