I visited many doctors in Dubai. I did many blood and stool tests. Everything was OK including liver and pancreas function and no calprotectin and no Hpylori. At last I started taking digest gold probiotics then Renew Life probiotics. I was recovered.Doing Hijama(cupping) was also good for me. I recommend this product instead of losing money with doctors.

Got this as a substitute for my regular probiotic, which was out of stock. Took about 5 days for my body to fully adjust to the difference so my constipation started back. Regular probiotic is back in stock.

I took RenewLife Ultimate Flora 15 Billion Blend for awhile and thought it helped a bit with my constant stomach struggles but wondered if another blend could help more. I did my research and came up with this 80 Billion Blend because it's targeted toward colon care. Well, I'm at the very beginning of this bottle (taking my 2nd capsule) and I can say with certainty that it's A LOT STRONGER than the 15 Billion Blend, which is not surprising. Basically, I feel bloated within the first hour of taking this capsule and my lower GI system feels mildly cramping although there's no symptoms of pain. But if I can't adjust after finishing this bottle (which will take me awhile since I can only take 2 capsules per week at this point) then I may have to work my way up to the 80 Billion Blend. From 15 Billion to 80 Billion was a huge jump. There's many steps in between. Did I also mention that this 80 Billion Blend is very much more expensive than the 15 Billion Blend?

Having had severe IBS and having tried many things, doctors, procedures, etc., these probiotics have been very helpful. I can buy them locally refrigerated but I pay more for them that way. Someone else commented on how the loss of a few (due to shipping with no refrigeration) is probably not a big issue. I don't know but I buy them both ways and find them very helpful. This is the only collection that includes all the kinds mentioned by a gut specialist on Dr. Oz's show. That initially motivated me to look for new probiotics and now, after some time, I have far fewer problems with IBS than I have in a long, long time. I think they are worth a try.

With all the different types and kinds of Probio's out there Renew Life - Ultimate Flora Critical Colon 80 Billion is the one for all of you who have IBS, IBD, Crohns, leaky gut, etc... This is the one with the most correctional proboitics. I have IBD and this has cured me permanently, I can even drink alcohol now.
