This machine works and I am confident it makes a difference in my skin. I was a bit apprehensive purchasing it but I am really happy that I did. I’m grateful it’s available for purchase on Amazon, it’s so convenient! It’s very easy to use straight out of the box. Instructions are easy to understand and well-written. Buy with confidence. I’m excited for all the collagen production that will be induced by this machine. I also think that for problem skin it can work wonders (clogged pores etc. )

Well I must start by saying that it will take a while to read but it is worth investing a little time in this ... I have never made a qualification, let alone take the time to write something or my experience of a purchase that I made because I felt that I waste my time and I didn't deserve it ... but if it's the first time I'm going to do it, it's because I like to be fair and I think it's the first time that a company really deserves a rating ... it's a shame that there isn't a rating above 5 stars because if so I would grant more than 10 without thinking ... my rating is divided into two parts ... first regarding what is most important how excellent this machine is ..he I went to the aesthetic clinics for a long time, spending a lot of money because I take care of my face and the result with this small machine is even better from the first use! because I also know where I need to use it more, buy me professional serums and I have for many times what would be a fortune in beauty centers ... I read the excellent comments, but still. or I was convinced I am very incredulous, I must say after researching, reading a lot and giving it the opportunity that really are totally true, I doubted a lot to say buy but according to my knowledge from my own experience I decided to give the opportunity, really worth every penny that is pay for it !!! the skin is younger, clearer, there are no spots and it is tighter, tense, there are no longer the marks of the expression lines ... I just love her !!! I am in love with my device and would buy it again and again ... I do not usually congratulate something if you really do not deserve it because we all have the right to pay for something that not only in theory is effective, the paper supports everything .. . But for something that in practice is effective you see that everything that is said is true and is small but powerful machine is ... quality is top quality and guarantee nothing to envy when you go to a professional aesthetic .. .effective practice and is not expensive for the wonder that it is, it is bipolar the products penetrate the depth of the skin and you can see it on your face is Perfect ... the other part of my rating is for customer service, they are magnificent !! I am in love with them I have never received such a cordial treatment, they respond immediately, they give you a thousand alternatives and proactivity, the initiative to help but above all the kindness is incredible, they offer you solutions immediately, sometimes people throw comments without first Get in touch with the company and look for a solution that is unfair! because they discredit all the work in seconds, but believe me that they are in order to help with any inconvenience and that gives me even more confidence ... if it comes to putting a score I would put a 10 and I think it would be short ... I hope My experience serves them, I have tried everything and nothing has worked completely for me, there was always one but something was missing to make me feel happy ... but with this machine you would not need to use anything else ... use it with serum hyalironic acid vitamin c, peptide and you will see the difference you will fall in love like me!

I wanted to believe this was working but everytime I use it (total of 3 times) I get a headache. I am not prone to headaches. I think it's the radiation which is actually going too deep. This isn't regulated by the FDA and I should have returned it! I read that other ladies have experienced fat loss - I did not, but I don't like the idea of it! Don't want to have more wrinkles!

I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I WAS JUST TOO AFRAID WITH THIS KIND OF MONEY THAT I WOULD HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. SO EITHER WAY TRY AND MAYBE GIVE THEM A TRY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY NICE AND ATTENTIVE TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM/ISSUE. I REALLY APPRECIATE DURING THESE HARD TIMES THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY! I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW, THIS PRODUCT IS AWFUL DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY, I HAVE USED A MAYBE FOUR TIMES IT IS NOT HEATING UP HAVE CONTACTED SELLER WITH NO RESPONSE! I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE!!!!! SORRY FOR THE MISSPELLING BUT IM PISSED!!!! I would have to say its okay, the larger probe does NOT work, it seems to work okay with the smaller probe but doesnt get very hot and I have this procedure done many times and the probe should be warmer than what this is to do the work.

I love this machine- I spent the past year or so experimenting with different RF devices and also in salon- done morpheus, forma, thermage-- so I know a thing or two about these. I used to have a tripolar RF device to use at home and although I loved it, it broke so that's why I bought the mlay. the tripolar had an immediate nip in effect- if I used it two session the same day, my belly would be flat. over a long period of time I saw some minor improvements in skin quality but I still had some laxity and crepey-ness on the top layer. but I loved how it looked after I used it immediately and the next day it was even better. initially I was worried with the mlay because it is bipolar, and when I first used it I saw no tightening effect at all. the next day it did look better and I think that it is due to the bipolar effect which is targeted more towards the top layer of skin while the tripolar is more for the lower layers and fat. I think this machine is strong- just a little less than in salon devices - and what this one does is it initially destroys collagen so your skin might look a little saggier the first day after use, but after a day it will start to tighten and tone. so I think that bipolar is actually better for people who just want to address the top layers of skin but I bet that using this on level 3 will also burn fat because it is quite strong! I like also that this machine you have to plug in instead of charge, that's what damaged my last device and it never had enough battery life for all the areas I wanted to use it for. I just wish that this device had places to store the heads in the machine itself, would make it way better!

I'm a 51 yr old man who has had professional RF and Ultherapy procedures performed in my mid to late 40's. Both worked, but both were expensive and the results only lasted a few years before age caused the results to fade. Every clinic I've talked to says the technology works, but realistically requires routine touch ups every few years to maintain the results. So at $2k - $3.5k each for professional procedures, this product seemed worth trying. I've now used the product on my face and neck every week for 3 months ... and WOW!!!! The results are amazing. The power is not what you'd get at a professional clinic, but the ability to do repetitive sessions at home on a more frequent basis has more than compensated for that. Professional sessions have to be done 3 - 6 weeks apart. With no hesitation I can say that I've had even BETTER results with the home sessions I've accomplished in 3 months. I believe part of this is because I can do more sessions in the time frame and part is because I can focus on the areas I know need improvement. Clinics typically follow a standard process and can't give the attention to detail you ask them to ... or that you can give yourself. Additionally my professional RF sessions were uncomfortable because the person giving them can't feel it when an area is getting too hot ... and it is often too late by the time you can tell them. Trust me when I say it BURNS when this happens, so professional procedures come with a lot of added stress anxiety. With this at home version I can apply the gel as needed and sparringly. It doesn't take from the affect, but even if it did, it isn't like the machine is going-away. I prefer safe over sorry because sorry equals burned ;-) Results-wise I have seen great improvement with my under chin, jaw line and around my nose and eyes. My sagging cheek skin has tightened to the point people at work and friends all say "Wow - you look younger". I have started cutting my sessions down to once per month just to maintain the results - a luxury that having the machine at home allows. One thing I will tell everyone is to be realistic. If you've never done the process you have to understand that it definitely works - but not overnight. Consistent treatments will make you happy but you have to be patient. If you've a lot of excess skin then it will take even more time and patience. It doesn't perform large miracles overnight - but it definitely performs a small miracle over time. Lastly, I just have to say that you shouldn't be worried about the fact that it is made in Hong Kong? Many things are and this is a good quality machine. My advice to you is to do some research and read between the lines. All the bad reviews on here are clearly by people that have no understanding of the technology or no patience. So either keep your head in the dirt and your double chin, or give it a try with realistic time and consistent applications before passing judgment.

I’m a real user and this review is real. I’ve used my unit 2x. 2 weeks apart as recommended for older skin. The 2nd time seemed a bit different because the head would heat up to level 3 but after a few minutes cool back down. I would turn it off then back on and it would heat up again. This is a new issue as it stayed hot the entire time the first use. I also detected a faint noise in the beginning of use the 2x that went away. I’m wondering if it is defective already? Of course I’ve not seen any improvement yet. It states regular use could take 6 months to see any. For the time it takes to do several face plus body areas which can be over an hour per sitting (but I suppose I could break it up and rotate areas), Plus now the new issue with it not maintaining the heat, I’m seriously considering returning it in lieu of just going back to my yearly IPL treatments for face and perhaps spending more money on cool sculpting for the body. I’m just not convinced the heat even on level 3 is really doing anything. I’ve had Thermage before 1 x and that was painful and way hotter than this machine so I’m just doubtful this mild warming sensation is effective to stimulate collagen. Unfortunately they only give one month to return it which just is not enough time to see if it works. Giving it 3 stars because it’s expensive (especially if it does not work) and you have to spend such a long time treating multiple areas. If I only wanted to treat one area I guess it wouldn’t be a problem but I think most buyers want to use it on the body and face.

YES, this works. It's not subtle either—this device works VERY VERY well, and the results for me are instantaneous. I never imagined any treatment—much less a DIY home device from Amazon—could be so effective. It's truly a game changer. I bought it to get rid of pesky underchin chub. I use it on the highest setting for 10 minutes on each side of my jawline / neck fat. Sometimes I add an extra 10 minutes. The first week I used it every 2 days, then after that I've done maintenance using it once or twice a week. I have only had this for a month, and the results really are dramatic and long-lasting. My jawline really does look sharper and tighter and I feel like there is visibly less fat under my chin. I have also used it at the hairline above my temples (medium setting, 5 minutes each side) for a subtle eyelift effect. It is terrifyingly effective, to the point that I am hesitant to use it on any part of the rest of my face in case I accidentally make any changes I regret. I've read that the initial dramatic tightening effects from RF are temporary. But I've also read that the home devices actually are capable of causing permanent fat loss. In my experience, I noticed the effects wearing off about 4 days after the my second treatment, but nowadays it seems like the results are more persistent. In any case, for good or bad I would not dismiss the fact that this powerful device could cause permanent fat loss, and therefore you should be incredibly careful using it on your face in case you cause permanent changes to your facial fat pads. Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Mlay's amazing customer service, which is honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced on Amazon. I initially left a negative review because when I first ordered, the Amazon warehouse sent me a used unit that had not been inspected and cleaned. Over the past month Mlay customer service has reached out to me several times to follow up with my experience. They offered to send me a new machine. After I told them I'd already made an exchange through Amazon and was quite happy with my new device, they nevertheless offered to send me another tube of their gel to make up for the trouble, even though it was the Amazon warehouse's mistake.
