It's a bit small for an adult man, but still not so small that it can't be used. Other than the size it's perfect.

badly made, faulty. Small sized for an adult, bad stitching, the item also arrived marked, not clean/new. Stitching started to unravel on the first wear. Bobble fell off and the top of the hat started falling apart.
