(A review after 2 months of using) This product came in great condition, packaging was good and no visible tears or damage to outside. I currently use these to go to the gym (although Sony says it is technically not water resistant), they work great. Noise cancellation is wonderful, and works even without having to turn on the headphones. they're very comfortable and pretty light, although when I lay down on the bench to do exercises (like bench press), it falls off. (not sure if its because my head shape, sweat etc.) but I just don't wear them on those days. I wear these when running because AirPods do not stay put in my ears; there is a little bit of pressure when I run, but I ignore it after a while. Battery life is very good for one charge and sound quality is good. overall, this is a great product for being refurbished; although I don't think I would pay full price for it if it was new.

Everything about this product is great! Sounds, battery, color and even sizing. I’m completely satisfied with the results this product gave. Will be sticking to Sony for my headphones for a while, that’s for sure.

I love these headphones! Great bass and noise canceling features. Great for the gym. They do not fall off during bench pressing or while leaning over for deadlifts. Great on planes to drown out engine noise or the uncomfortable infant on the plane. Just saying. It happens.

Lovely colour, arrived early and does not look pre-loved. However, I only gave it a 4star because I have to unpair and pair with the tv every so often. I don't know if this is due to the tv or the headphones. I bought a new one when the model first came out; I loved that pair so much that I had to get this as a spare for watching tv. The first set paired with the tv as soon as I turned the tv on and never disconnected. That was an older tv that I no longer have though. Other than occasional unpairing with the tv, it still performs as well as the new headphones - excellent noise-cancelling, comfortable ear cushions, long-lasting battery, clear sound (although have to turn up volume a bit) and lovely looks. Bought a couple years ago and they still work amazingly; the noise canceling is really good, even if they’re not on the seal they create around your ears is enough. The sound quality is very clear and you can change to ambient, NC, and regular. Bc they’re matte they will get grease stains easily from your hands and face but it’s easily cleanable with a wet rag with soap

I had ten for years now and I love them, even took them for a deployment and they still have not disappoint me

This was my first ever pair of headphones I got and I have to say, everything about them is awesome. The quality is great, sound is amazing, and sooooooo noise cancelling. I love that you can also change the song and stop it when you need to. Connects instantly as well.

These headphones are honestly great, especially for the price. They fit very comfortable on my comically large head and have a great sound quality. I did find that when the battery of my M4's are below 50%, the sound cuts at times and I'm really not sure why. However, on a positive note, the battery life of the M4's are amazing. The first time I charged it was a little over a week into using them (Since they come charged at 60%) and I've now been using them for up to a month, 2-4 hours a day for 4-5 days a week and haven't had to charge them at all despite my excessive use of the ambient mode.

The battery doesn’t last as advertised (30 hours). I had to charge it only after 19 hours of use. Such a disappointment.
