I love this brand's Masala Spice Chai drink: it has the perfect level of spices, milkiness, and light sweetness for my palate. While it comes sweetened, it is not too sweet, which is a problem of many commercial brands. The caffeine is of a nice pick-me-up level. It couldn't be easier to mix: just add hot water (I stir in just enough to saturate the powder first to avoid clumping, and then once my slurry is well-mixed to a concentrate, I add more water to taste). It is therefore simpler than brewing coffee and I take advantage of this when I am running late but need some caffeine. The ingredients avoid a lot of junk that is present in other commercial brands. This mix rivals and even exceeds many of my local coffee/tea shop chai teas, saving me a lot of money in $4+ cups of mediocre chai, when I can make it at home with this mix better myself. My only complaint is that has been out of stock and hard to find lately. I hope they can re-stock soon!

I found this chai in a grocery store shelf and I thought I'd give it a try after numerous attempts of getting a good instant chai mix. I must admit that I did not have much hope when I whisked it off the shelf. Once I got home and made my first cup of chai, I was amazed at the quality. It's as good as making masala chai at home (not Starbucks or some fancy coffee shop claiming that they make home made chai). I've tried having chai at numerous places and I gave up and got hooked to coffee (yeah that's how I started drinking coffee!). The next time we went to the store, I just cleaned up the shelves! Now, it's become a regular part of my morning and afternoon routine to drink chai. It's pretty simple, just mix it with hot water and maybe with a little bit of creamer to get a tasty cup of chai! I am glad that I found this. Coffee sales have taken a hit! With Amazon carrying these, it's pretty simple - order in bulk. Oh, btw my family members and relatives are hooked on to this as well and some friends too! Overall - Quick and easy, excellent tasting, less frills. 4/17/2014 - Update (Product Review) When I started buying this product on Amazon, I paid $3.99 per pack (10 count) or around $16 for a 4 pack. Now the price has gone up almost 70-80%, which in my mind is a bit too much. The local stores still sells them for $3.99 a pack. So guess what, I stopped buying them here at Amazon as the price was jacked up. As for the quality of the chai, it is not the same as when I started buying them a year or two ago. The current chai leaves residues and do not mix well (clumps at the bottom of the cup). The quality has dipped and some packs leaves weird taste in your mouth. At some point I was planning to quit drinking this chai. I thought it might be a one time incident (I usually buy 4-10 packs). But, on many purchases (online and local) I found the quality to be lacking (same issues as above). Dear Nature's Guru chaiwala - Please fix the quality of chai and I will be happy to consume them regularly. Also, please fix the price as well as it is not worth more than the $3.99 or even lesser. I buy them in bulk and drink at least 4 cups a day. I have spread the awesomeness of Nature's Guru chai to friends and family around when it was good. Also, word of mouth spreads when the product is not so awesome anymore.

Nice cardamom tea. I love that it's unsweetened and comes in a powder so it keeps for a while. The flavor is really nice if you enjoy cardamom. I've bought this product several times and it will continue to be my favorite. This tea is nice hot on a cold winters day OR cold on a hot summer day !

This instant cardamon drink tastes great and mixes easily. I tend to cut the mix with a bit of additional water or, for a richer taste, milk to get a drink that's a tad less sweet.

Masala chai is delicious but there was only 1 box instead of 4 , super pricey @27 .

It's delicious, but if there's not much left in stocks, you may only get part of order. Be careful.

Yummy tea! I love this lemongrass chai tea! Great lemongrass flavor, and the sweetness level is perfect! This tea is addictive.

This is the most unique and best tasting instant chai tea I have ever found, the taste is extraordinary and the quality stellar. Everyone who tries it, loves it. It is so comforting, I find I need a cup every day. I love both the sweetened and unsweetened but due to sugar sensitivity, I buy the unsweetened and add stevia.
