I bought this as a set and came with the pre-shampoo and the shampoo and conditioner after many hours of research on several different platforms and different store sites reading peoples reviews I decided to go with this brand as I’ve had previous luck with L’Oreal brands in the past whether it be from hair products to make up products. I think they’re a great line. I use a very expensive shampoo and conditioner Urology Because I have very thick naturally curly hair that’s down to my butt. It’s very hard to manage and I live in the hot humid Florida heat my hair tends to be very dry and frizzy at the ends only so I read somewhere that it would be good to try a bonding routine to try to soften maintain the frizz. I didn’t wanna spend an extreme fortune on this product that you only use anywhere from once to twice a week, I only wash my hair twice a week, so therefore that would leave one shampoo with the bonding treatment and the other with my regular shampoo and conditioner. I follow directions and use the pre-shampoo and left it on for five minutes after rinsing it out I felt that my hair felt a little dry, but once you complete the process with the shampoo and conditioner, your hair actually comes out very soft, silky, shiny smooth, and it does tame the frizz. I let my hair dry overnight and when I woke up in the morning, my ends were not as frizzy. My hair was very soft and manageable

I really like the shampoo. It works and smells amazing. The conditioner smells like hair developer or dye. Very strong. It doesn't seem to make my hair feel smoothe, but rather coarse.

I have only tried this once for now, but only after one use I am already glad I bought it. My hair looks oily even after I have just washed it so that’s why I decided to buy the clarifying shampoo. I danced for 5-6 hours yesterday. I was sweaty and too tired to wash it at night. I woke up today with hair that still smells and looks fresh.

This was my first time using a L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner set and the formulation to this is so good!! AMAZING.. I was skeptical at first because a lot of the shampoos I've used had dried out my hair/scalp. I have dry hair but using this for almost two months now there's definitely a new shine and healthy glow from top to bottom with using this shampoo + conditioner! My hair feels soft and healthy! If you have dry or damaged hair definitely give this a try! Just make sure to read lots of reviews and the ingredients list to make sure you're not allergic to anything before purchasing! Note: I don't use anything else aside from this shampoo & conditioner only hair oil serum when styling not everyday!

I have semi-coarse, dry, damaged hair and I bought this because I'm on the hunt for a budget friendly shampoo that leaves my hair in good condition. I have used Olaplex in the past which is why this piqued my interest. So far I'm okay with it. The smell to me is reminiscent of Clinique's Happy. But then again, I haven't smelled that perfume in ages so I could be wrong. Something nostalgic about it for me though. I don't mind it personally, it's not my favorite, and it definitely is powerful so scent sensitive folks probably won't like it. I LOVE how smooth and soft my hair feels after it dries. I have coarse damaged hair so this is exactly the result what I am looking for in a shampoo and conditioner. I'm able to run my fingers through it more easily without getting caught in tangles. My main complaint, and the reason I'm debating a different product, is my hair becomes greasy very fast. I usually wash my hair every 4 days, and with this shampoo and conditioner I am having to wash every other day - and that's pushing it. My hair tolerates large amounts of product and heavy conditioners really well, so I am concerned there is something else in this product that is causing an excess amount of buildup. That being said, I'm also finding I have to clarify more often. Every week instead of every 2 weeks. Having to wash and clarify more often are sacrifices I'm not sure I'm willing to make as I continue to nurse my hair back to good health. Lastly, I personally don't think this is comparable to Olaplex. It's just not the same. I get soft hair with this but Im skeptical about what's making it feel so smooth (and whether that's related to the buildup im experiencing) Overall I think it's worth a try, but it's probably more for the wash-daily crowd.

My hair was a mess! Hair dye and daily swimming had taken its toll. I tried to oil my hair and use all kinds of moisturising conditioners but to no avail. Until this product... After 3 uses, my hair is beginning to show massive improvement. When I pull on a hair strand, it no longer breaks off because it's so dry. Here is my ritual: 1- 30 minutes before washing, I use the OGX Miracle Coconut Oil on my dry hair. 2- I use the shampoo by sectioning my hair and gently scrubbing my scalp. 3- then I condition the hair, again section by section, and rinse out after 5 minutes. 4- After towel drying, I use a leave in conditioner (any will do) and let my hair dry (no heat used). 5- before going to bed, I use the L'Oréal Hyaluronic night serum, braid my hair loosely and try to get a good night's sleep. In the morning, I comb out the hair and there is no trace of the serum left. I wash my hair every other day and my hair always smells nice and fresh because of this shampoo (although the conditioner is the big prize). Hope you find this useful. I just wish the price was less as you will go through it quickly if your hair is long.
