I’m a breastfeeding mom and was looking to up my potassium, I rarely eat bananas and I know it’s good to have enough potassium in our diet while breastfeeding. I’m 1 week in, I’m not sure if I’ll notice anything different but just knowing im taking these pills it will benefit my little one in the long run.
