Metal Vintage Lantern

Made well and looks just like the photo.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for something unique and beautiful to hold my shabbat candles. We need to light them and leave them. This lantern was a great value so i bought two.I was between placing them on a shelf or hanging but I felt hanging created a much more unique display. I noticed that once I opened the door, the piece would shift and with lit candles that wasn't a great idea so I put a long thin nail on each side and one on top right to balance in place. You can barely see them but they do the job. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I was trying to figure how to add some light to our little foyer. These are a good quality and add such personality, the are a perfect fit.

For starters, the first one I ordered arrived with one of the pieces of glass busted. I was able to return it without a hassle though, so that was good. The second one wasn’t packed any better, but by some miracle or sheer dumb luck it arrived intact.This is a very pretty piece—there’s no denying that. But it is NOT a high quality piece. It’s very lightweight and every part of it that is metal can and will bend easily if you’re not careful. The glass isn’t going to fall out, but it does rattle around when you’re handling the piece—it’s also very rough-cut and the edges are sharp (luckily they’re inside so you can’t see how shoddy the edges look). It also doesnt sit level and wobbles whenever you touch it (I added a felt dot to the bottom of one of the feet, which helped but didn’t entirely solve the problem).I bought this to sit up on a shelf with a couple of flameless candles in it that I turn off/on with a remote. Since I won’t be having to handle it much, it will work for my purposes just fine. And it really IS pretty.

Sturdy, true to color of your pictures and size is perfect. You packed it well for shipping but I think the delivery people may have been a little ruff. The first one ordered one of the glass windows on it came broke in half. I re-ordered and it came safe and sound but was packed the exact same way. I'm keeping the first one for a bird feeder ☺️
