All items were packed very nicely.But the applicator plate edge was found rusted.Otherwise the product is wonderful.Writing this review after using it.Wonderful product. As seen in the photo before using it, and after using it.

I was looking to repair few scratches on my car door with comp-paint scratch removal kit. My car's colour was premium silver, i chose the right colour in amazon catalog and the invoice too carried the right colour as Premium silver. But the paint delivered was few shades darker than the ordered shared. When I reached out to comp-paint customer service, they asked me to send purchase invoice, photos with shade sticker on my car door and my car's RC book. The customer service is now blaming on me that i did not select the right shade, I was wondered with this claim as my purchase order and the catalog label in the product says "Premium Silver". Finally they want me to connect them to my car's customer service to confirm the colour. In that process, they hung up on my call and started pretend like they are not able hear me. They have a very bad service with blaming mentality on the customer and on amazon even when the customer has provided right information and amazon delivered right product with right colour label in it. In this entire process, i lost my product replacement window also and my money was completely wasted without serving the purpose. If comp-paint wants people to directly purchase this product from their official web-site, they should not even list it in amazon. This is such a terrible experience and I will never suggest this product to others.

Pros:- (1) Innovative product (2) Useful product only for lesser scratchesCons:- (1) Quantity of paint <400ml is less and could only be used for lesser scratches. In case scratches are more, this product is useless except larger spray paint approx. 750ml cans are provided.(2) Colour matches close on average but not exactly.

The paint and the equipment are working aa expected....One need to be careful while applying paint...The paint should be done uniformly...Overall the product met my expectations....

Just get the exact color shade which matches with your vehicle's color. Make sure not to hold it too close to the surface and shake it very well to avoid drips and you'll receive a seamless outcome. This is the best product to cover minor scratches at a very reasonable price.

Yes you heard it right don't regret later!I was happy till the com paint process, but then comes the big part. The com paint has no shine i was worried and then the instructions says apply com merge on the com paint area and surroundings to get the shine.Here we get fooled thinking we will get the perfect shine as before hahah.I regret at this point seeing patchy mark where we actually won't get the shine instead it's a matt finished!I mean it actually works but the last step ruined it all.So for me it was a White paint so the patchy mark is not that visible but yes it's visible depends upon shade. But for other colours the patch will pop out trust me.Instead of using com paint and com merge 2 spray they could provide single can spray which is glossy.And the amount of paint is also very very very less for the price we pay, for some parts i sprayed thin layer of both compaint & commerge.Don't be a fool if you found vidios on YouTube or so.I mean go for if you have mild scratchs or don't mind a matt finish👍🏻.
