cannot taste it
It is pure white, easy to measure, desolves easily. I put it in my hot coffee every morning. whisk it and with a little coffeemate, cannot tastes it at all. Perfect!

The l-theanine is great, it has great quality and texture. The measuring scoop is long and exactly the right size so you don't get your hands too messy. The l-theanine is effective and definitely reduces jitteriness and anxiety, great for sleep as well.

I would not if I were you if you want to relax & sleep.
I've used several of these, Nutricost was pretty good, but this stuff is like speed to me, took it 2 hours before bed & couldn't sleep all night, it says its pure, tested, but we don't know where this stuff comes from, I've found several supplements that made my liver hurt or did not work at all. I've found Taurine, Ashwa that were bad, would not buy anything else from those companies, I don't write many reviews but this one is keeping me up right now that's why I'm writing it at 12 Midnight.
